1ST Step:
Call to schedule your introductory flight. during this flight not only will you get a taste of the freedom and adventure associated with flying but YOU will also operate the controls and learn how easy it is to fly an airplane. 2 nd Step: - Written Exam
Become familiar with the FAA test Question bank while Taking flight lessons.
I suggest ASA videos (100.00) for the ground school portion. The least expensive way is the Glelm written exam guide for $20.00 and you can practice online for free
at sportys.com
3 rd Step: - Check Ride
The Examiner will go right down the FAA Private Pilot Practical Test Standards and verify you are well versed on the items listed. once the examiner covers the material you fill out some paperwork and fly away with your Private Pilot License.
Costs and Fees:
The Estimated Cost for a Private Pilots License is $7,500.00
I charge $35 per hour plus the cost of the aircraft if you are renting. The aircraft rent for $100-$145 per hour.
