Our youth fitness program is designed to increase physical activity, improve athleticism and instill habits of overall health and wellness. If your young athlete is in the off season, looking for an activity to keep them moving, or has a desire to be active, Bodyshop Athletics X Youth Classes provide opportunity for each athlete learn about strength training, speed and agility, and overall health!

Youth Fitness Training Schedule:

1) Sports Performance/Youth Fitness

Monday- Thursday: 5 PM

2) Youth Weightlifting

Tuesday/Thursday: 5-6 PM

Tuesdays and Thursdays: Beginner Weightlifting- 5-6pm
