Boxing 101

This type of boxing class is for beginners and early intermediate level training. Sam Colonna's Boxing 101 class seperates students by skill levels. The coach is able to push the students based on their skill and experience levels. View the calendar to see upcoming class schedule.


Advanced Boxing

This class is for intermediate to advanced boxing training. Advanced Boxing class is taught by one of Sam's seasoned open fighters who gears the class to more advanced levels such as sparring and fight technique and advanced endurance. View the calendar to see upcoming class schedule.
