Fun Beginner Friendly Fitness Classes

 

Pandemic blues? Can't remember the last time you worked out? Never taken a dance class? NO WORRIES. Everyone here is super FRIENDLY and focused on having FUN, not judging each other. And you'll NEVER GET BORED with classes like Zumba, Hip Hop, Circuit Training, Pilates and more.

Classes rotate in and out of the schedule, but these are our most popular. Livestream classes on Zoom are either 30 or 45 minutes long. In person classes (when they happen again) are 1 hour. Circuit Breaker
3 FUN (yes fun!) circuits to improve strength, tone & mobility. Hand weights optional. Non-floor options provided. People say it's the only non-dance workout they've every enjoyed!

Advanced Beginner Ballet
If you took ballet when you were younger and miss it, but don't want the pressure of a "serious" class, you'll LOVE this class.
