Bought these tickets knowing the whole idea behind the show and was totally on board. The show seemed much more juvenile than expected and there were not much, of any, really good Harry Potter references... and by this I mean, if you’ve never read or watched anything Harry Potter, you would have followed along just fine. It was ok.. just not what we expected.
My wife and I decided to drive to the city to see what this show was all about. Even though she is the avid potter fan and I’m more of a casual fan, we both thoroughly enjoyed the show. Lots of fun and laughs throughout the show. Would recommend to anyone. Potter fan or not.
This show great! Hilarious! I loved the references from pop culture and other shows. James and Joe did a great job with audience participation, especially with the children. Definitely worth seeing.

This show was great! It was hilarious! I loved the ad libs from pop culture and other shows and movies. Also as an educator for many years I thought Joe and James did a grest job of involving the children inthe audience. Audience participation can be intimidating for young children, but these guys made the children laugh and feel comfortable.

My 8 year old son and I giggled the entire time! I was a great experience for the both of us!
I took my daughter and her friend to see the show. We ALL loved it! It was a great combination of Harry Potter references and British humor! I laughed so hard I was crying!!!!! The girls want to go back again and take other family members. WORTH the see!
We were not sure what to expect for 7 books in 70 minutes. Whatever expectations we had in our heads were quickly gone once the show began. Once, we got over the disappointed that each character from the books was not going to be onstage and it was going to be nothing like the books, we were able to enjoy the show. It is funny and silly and kind of slapstick and the books were incorporated just not in the way we kind of wished they were. It truly is a parody as advertised with 2 guys on stage that looks like nothing from the Harry Potter world. It was overall a fun show. Younger kids will really like the silliness of it.
We loved Potted Potter! Very well written, actors were great and would recommend it.
