This was my second stay at Novotel Buenos Aires. It is located in the heart of downtown on Avenida Corrientes just down the street from El Oblisco (the Obelisk), the iconic monument in Buenos Aires. This hotel is in the heart of the theater district and within easy walking distance of nice malls like Galleria Pacifico. I love the location and the breakfast buffet is very nice. My room was clean, well appointed and in good condition. House keeping took good care of my room every day. The hotel is extremely close to the subway line which makes the whole city easy to reach. My overall feeling is that for my business stay, this hotel was just right. If I came back for a personal vacation with my family, I would also be very comfortable at this Novotel. Great value for what you get. A small gym, a pool and very close to some amazing restaurants.

Good hotel, great location. However, there is no water to drink in the room, if you want some water, you have to take it from room's minibar and pay it.

This stay was not a good experience The staff are delightful but the rooms are very average There was a facility for a hair dryer but it was not there The product in the bathroom was poor There was no soap for the shower There was a Michael Jackson street concert outside our room -Every night It went until 130am We could not sleep We had not been warned The bathroom was grubby We eventually moved rooms The towel quality was the worst I have encountered Please note the staff are lovely and only working with what they have But I will never book here again Martin
