Rejuvenate Medical Spa

I do not recommend this place. When I called to ask a question I was told I had to make an appointment. I said well how much for the appointment. The lady on the phone said. Depends on the service you pick. I simply have a question about a procedure you do. I'm not wanting to book the procedure. She said oh well and hung up on me. I called back on another day and was told to hold was put on hold for 20 min l. Someone picked up the phone but didn't say anything and just hung up.

So I have to pay for a service just to get a little info before I book. There was no need to be rude about it. She can simply answer my question.

I have gotten my lips done and laser by assistant Patty and Roxanna a couple of months ago and a few other facial stuff from Rebecca . (Also went back for more filler not to long ago with yoko) If you're looking into this place these are the people you want to ask for!!

The whole lip augmentation process was so smooth, it was a quick in n out, same with the laser. They listened to what I wanted and there was literally no pain at all!! I went on my lunch from work and was back before I had to clock back in an hour!! Rebecca checked me in via phone, and Patty was ready for me as soon as I walked in the building. I was able to let her know what I wanted, that I needed it to be as quick as possible and she definitely delivered.

Rebecca really knows her skin stuff too! After getting back to getting facials from that covid stretch she got my skin looking gorgeous! I'm so happy I do not have to hide my skin and I could go back to being make up free.

I'm definitely going back to these 4 girls for all my future procedures. If this message goes through I hope they all get raises!! Patty, Rebecca, roxanna and yoko they are amazing!!!!!

I went back to rejuvenate shortly after my first visit as I was so impressed and knew they wouldn't let me down.
When I went back, I got Botox, 20 units in my forehead between my eyebrows and 4 units in my top lip for a lip flip. It only took about a week and a half to see the results and WOW!!
I'm all about self care and being able to feel comfortable in my own skin, even if that means getting a couple non invasive procedures.
Thank you to the whole team for helping contribute to me feeling beautiful!!

She knows what your skin needs. I received a micro needling/PRP treatment from her and my skin has never looked better.
I love micro needling...its improved my complexion and skin so much.
I look and feel more fabulous with every visit. My skin is the best it's ever looked!

I also want to give a "BIG SHOUT OUT" to Savannah at the front desk. She is so friendly , helpful ,knowledgeable and efficient. If you have a question or concern about a treatment or skincare product ,Savannah is the person to ask.

She takes time to explain all the details and options you have and I never feel like she is trying to sell me something.

I've had my lip fillers done before but I happened to stumble across this location by a friend referral.

I was hesitant at first since I'm very loyal to my "glam squad" but they had a good first timer promotion & couldn't resist.

The staff went far beyond expectations when I literally for dear life couldn't find there spa. I had been several times to that general location several times but never recall seeing this place. When I had called for the 3rd time feeling like a nuance by now one of staff crew went outside to flag me down.
Once I parked & the embarrassment of how ridiculous I felt not being to find the location that feeling all went to ease by the welcoming of their front office staff. So incredibly sweet & helpfulness in my questions about the paper work.

Once my paperwork was handled, I was seen by an actual MD, had my evaluation & before photos taken and recommended a different brand of filler. No extra hidden cost or gimmicks just his honest opinion what would better for a cleft lip.

Now on to my favorite part, the injection. I was treated by a nurse practitioner & I was truly impressed by her magic hands, yes magic hands. With this new filler, it almost works like liquid play doh so as she injected she became a lip Art sculpture & design my own personal beautiful lips. She injected in areas my previous lip artist hadn't which I was throughly impressed because it showed me she took risk even with my scar tissue from previous medical procedures & wanted/willing to give me the best visual look.
I was so happy with my results, I shed a tear. When you are born with "imperfections" and you meet someone who can alter that for you, it brings great inner happiness.
I definitely look forward to my next follow up appointment, I was so impressed I even set up my husband to get an an evaluation on their hair restoration using your own blood plasma.

I've been going here for little while now, and they always do amazing work. I go to Eleanor and she's great with detail.
My lips look great

I've been coming here since 2014 because the results are stellar. I'm particular about my face. I come here and get conservative treatments. I walk in looking tired and walk out looking well rested (aside from the normal swelling). That's how you know you're in good hands.
Eleanor is skilled and works with you for great results.
The staff here is welcoming and very friendly. I'm not going anywhere else.

This place is not a well run or managed "spa" - receptionist was inept and completely inexperienced -

I'm giving this place 2 stars based on good parking and a nice nurse practitioner.
I purchased a groupon for lip fillers. Overall it had more good reviews that bad reviews so I felt comfortable booking with them. Here comes the day of lip fillers. I was literally in n out in less than 30-45 minutes.They also suggested I upgrade to to another item but of course it will be more which I agreed. Once she had finished I informed her immediately about the gap. it had and she said sorry no more lip fillers. But massaged my lip to distribute. 1 wk later the swelling is going down . I called them because it was apparent. They said it was to soon to wait 2 wks which I was relieved they offer to fix the problem.. I waited schedule a app. Once I got their this time around they weren't so nice and seem feed up. I was taken to a room and I believe a doctor in his mid 30s tells me . To point it out beacuse he can't see what I'm talking about. Relentlessly he said the nurse will come shortly. The nurse comes shes nice. And states I have a smidge that she will fix . Once she finished I told her the gap is still their. The male doctor inform me that I most likely had gotten injured as a child and I can't recall it but it's scar tissue. And that my lips looked phenomenal. No they don't . Luckily I went to Nu Med in Encino. And Debbie fixed she had to dilute took her over a hour but she did a amazing job. Black and white are my lips with no fillers. Black hair is Debbie work. Bottom are . After 1st visits at rejuvenate. Middle is after 2nd visit and the last one one fully heeled with makeup after rejuvenate "FIX IT"

I feel obligated to inform people about the dishonesty of this establishment. I would NOT get injectables from this place. I tried them once & that was enough. They do not show patients what they are mixing or how much they are using. So be prepared to be overcharged for something you did not get. This is the only place that supposedly injected over 40 units of Botox with no results. Do not waste you time or money.
