Self Defense Class

1 in 4 women are attacked here in the U.S. At some point in their life. While our class is somewhat geared toward changing that statistic, we certainly believe we can change the course of action during the encounter.

Martial arts cannot be taught and learned in a day. Complex countermoves takes time a repetition to perfect. We gear our training toward simple, pain compliance based maneuvers to create a highly effective self defense system.

Self defense starts before the attack though so we spend a good amount of time teaching what to look for and what to avoid as well as the proper non victim attitude. Our college bound program focuses on young ladies about to embark on their first away from home experience such as college or those currently enrolled. We also offer a mother/daughter combo to make the class affordable for those wishing to come with their loved one. Our classes are limited to women and taught with female instructors.
