JUKE, the new eatery tucked into the back of North Park's Bottlecraft, officially debuts tonight.

Owners Juan Miron and Kevin Ho, of MIHO Gastrotruck, along with chef Rocio SisoGurriaran, have put together a menu that's a departure from MIHO's street food roots; though the plates here are more composed, they're still accessible. The appealing line-up runs from grass fed brisket with smoky cheese grits to crispy duck with lentils and vegan tabouleh with roasted beets, quinoa, fennel, walnut and Meyer lemon. Smaller snacks include classic papas bravas, pork egg rolls and an octopus ceviche tostada.

JUKE's counter is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; there's some outdoor seating available and a plan's in the works to add options for indoor dining too.

A nearby cooler houses a non-alchoholic five tap system, pouring everything from housemade kombucha and sparkling water to Coffee & Tea Collective's cold brew. Ho and Miron also plan to eventually stock healthy, pre-packaged meals, called "JUKE boxes", for Bottlecraft shoppers on the go.

Now that the food truck is used exclusively for catering and special events, Ho told Eater that JUKE gives them the opportunity to interact regularly with patrons. The food element certainly enhances the bottle shop experience, and the store is hoping to secure a license that will allow for beer to be served on site. The proprietors have also discussed the possibility of a JUKE in future store locations with Bottlecraft owner Brian Jensen .
