Robert A. Keenan, Nashville
Born in St Louis in 1916, Robert Keenan and his family moved to Nashville as a child. He grew up to become a successful building contractor. His interests included owning and breeding walking horses. He was an active shooter in the 1960’s, winning the 1964 state handicap. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Nashville Gun Club in its present location. He was club president during his shooting years. Robert passed away in 2013 at the age of96. He was survived by two daughters and two sons.
David Bomar, Bartlett

David Bomar has always been an exceptional doubles shooter. He won 3 class trophies in doubles at the Grand, two more at the Southern Zone, and was twice Tennessee doubles champ, in 1979 and 1993. The latter win stopped a 10-year streak of HOF shooter, Bob Hedrick. He also won the Tennessee Singles in 1982. He has attained over 140,000 registered targets since 1969

David Keefe, Tiptonville

David has shooting trap since 1970 and has amassed 191,000 registered targets. Before that he won his first award, a turkey, at the age of9. In 1971, at age 13, he won the Vandalia Handicap at the Grand American with 99. His uncle and coach, the great Bill Eldred, had won the same event in 1935. The photo is from that big win at the Grand. He won many other events at the Grand, Southern Zone and Western Zone. David farms in the area around Tiptonville, near Reelfoot Lake
