2014 — The most decorated player in school history led Oregon to more wins (36) than any of his contemporaries in three seasons while holding no fewer than seven of the program's season and career passing pinnacles, and eclipsing conference standards . . . The Ducks' first Heisman Trophy winner ever and the first from the state of Hawai'i became Oregon's second unanimous first-team All-American of all time, with his accolades including player of the year by the Associated Press, the Walter Camp Football Foundation, and the Maxwell Award . . . Also bestowed with the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback and Johnny Unitas Golden Arm awards as the nation's top collegiate quarterback . . . The Pac-12’s first three-time all-conference first-team quarterback directed the most efficient offense in the country and led all quarterbacks nationally with a total quarterback rating of 90.9 . . . The Hawaii native now owns school records for career total offense (13,033), passing yards (10,796), completions (779), touchdown passes (105), rushing yards by an Oregon quarterback (2,237), completion percentage (.668), total TDs (136), and total points accounted for (816) . . . Became the 14th player in conference history to eclipse the 10,000-yard barrier in total offense, surpassing Matt Barkley's career standard in the Pac-12 title game, and is 7th all-time in Pac-12 career passing yards (10,796) . . . Led the country in passing efficiency (181.7), quarterback rating (90.9), yards per pass attempt (10.0), and points responsible for (348), in addition to ranking second in passing TDs (42), fifth in total offense (348.3), fifth in completion percentage (68.3%), seventh in passing yards per completion (14.65), and third in passing yards (4,454) . . . The second-team academic all-conference choice completed requirements for his undergraduate degree in general science at the end of the Fall term (in less than four years) with a GPA of 3.25.

2013 — Few Oregon quarterbacks have performed at such a high level or displayed more courage than the Pac-12 Conference’s two-time first-team all-league signal-caller as he completed 245 of 386 passes (65.8 percent) for 3,665 yards, 31 touchdowns and only four interceptions . . . He ended the year leading the league in passing efficiency (167.7), passing yards per completion (14.96 avg.) and total points responsible for (240) while ranking seventh in the country in the former two categories and tied for ninth in the latter . . . Nationally, he also rated ninth in total offense (336.9), 12th in touchdown passes (31), as well as 14th in passing yards per game (281.9) . . . The All-America candidate and Manning Award finalist was named a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award (college player of the year), the Davey O’Brien Award (national quarterback award) and the Walter Camp Award (most outstanding player) . . .The first player in school history to eclipse 4,000 yards of total offense in a single season (4,380) was one of three league players to surpass the previous Pac-12 season record in 2013 . . .  In addition, he set school records for most points responsible for, completions (245) and most total touchdowns (40), as well as finished second on the single-season passing yards ledger (3,665) . . . Oregon’s first two-time first-team all-conference quarterback in 27 years claimed a share of Oregon’s Most Outstanding Player honors for a second year in a row while also being named the program’s Most Inspirational Player in a vote of his teammates . . . Set a modern UO record with seven total touchdowns (5 passing, 2 rushing) during the win over the Buffaloes, surpassing the previous record of six scores . . . Had one 400-yard passing game (456 vs. Tennessee), and five games with at least 300 yards through the air, including three in a row against Colorado, Washington and Washington State . . . Threw for four touchdowns while completing 23-of-33 passes against Tennessee in addition to running for 27 yards against the Volunteers to finish with 483 yards of total offense - the second most in Oregon history . . . Enjoyed three outings within a four-game span of completing better than 71 percent of his pass attempts, including 77.4 percent (24-31) in Seattle . . . Rushed for more than 100 yards in the first two games of the season to become the first UO quarterback ever to reach the century mark on the ground in consecutive appearances (113 yards and 2 TDs vs. Nicholls/122 yards and one TD at Virginia), and capped the year running for a season-high 133 yards in the Alamo Bowl win over Texas.

2012 — The honorable mention All-American and Pac-12 Offensive Freshman of the Year became the league’s first freshman quarterback to earn first-team all-league honors in 23 years . . . Started all 13 games during the year and had at least one passing touchdown in each, setting a conference freshman record for most TD passes in one season (32) ... Fell one scoring toss shy of equaling school’s single-season pinnacle, yet accounted for 228 points (192 passing, 30 rushing, 6 receiving) to surpass previous Oregon best (216) and rank 14th nationally (17.54) . . . The Pac-12 leader finished seventh in the country in passing efficiency (163.23) . . . Led the league in completion percentage (68.45), falling just short of the NCAA freshman record of 69.5 percent (Sam Bradford, Oklahoma, 2007) . . . Finished second on Oregon’s single-season total offensive yards list (3,429) and ninth in passing yards (2,677) . . . The Ducks’ second-leading rusher (752) also ran for more yards in one year than any other quarterback in school history, including a single-game best 135 yards at Arizona State, 96 yards at USC, 89 yards against Stanford and 85 yards at Oregon State . . . Completed 12 of 24 passes for 166 yards and two touchdowns to go along with 62 yards and one score on the ground in Fiesta Bowl win over Kansas State ... Threw for four or more touchdowns four times, beginning with his winning effort against Tennessee Tech despite not playing past the opening drive of the second half . . . Became the first freshman signal-caller in school history to pass for more than 300 yards in a single game when he threw for 308 yards vs. the Golden Eagles the third week of the season . . . Enjoyed his best game throwing the football of his first campaign at California, completing a season-high 27 passes (34 attempts) for 377 yards while tying a school record with six TD passes . . . Added 42 yards on the ground vs. the Golden Bears to amass a first-year best 419 yards of total offense . . . Also accumulated 400 yards of total offense in a 62-51 win at USC, completing 20 of 23 passes for 304 yards and four touchdowns ... Became the first Oregon quarterback in two years to eclipse the century mark in rushing . . . His 135 yards at Arizona State included an 86-yard scoring run -- the longest ever  by an Oregon quarterback and the fifth-longest touchdown sprint in school history . . . Also became the first player since Joey Harrington in 2000 to run, pass and be on the receiving end of a TD pass in the same game in the win vs. the Sun Devils . . . Completed 18 of 22 passes for 200 yards and three touchdowns in his collegiate debut in win over Arkansas State, culminating his first nine drives of his collegiate career with touchdowns (7 vs. Arkansas State, 2 vs. Fresno State) . . . Encountered a stretch of 119 consecutive pass attempts without suffering an interception the second half of the season while throwing only one errant pass (compared with 17 touchdowns) spanning his last seven appearances (168 attempts).

2011 — Member of the travel squad as team’s No. 3 quarterback.

Rated the No. 6 recruiting prospect in the state of Hawaii and No. 12 overall quarterback in the nation by Rivals.com ... PrepStar Magazine All-West Region ... As a senior, threw for 2,597 yards on 165 of 255 passing (64.7%), including 32 touchdowns against only five interceptions ... Guided the Crusaders to an 11-1 record and a state title ... Also rushed the ball 60 times for 455 yards (7.6 yards per carry) and seven scores ... Named Interscholastic League of Honolulu Offensive Player of the Year and All-ILH first team quarterback ... At the 2010 National Underclassman Combine, he was named quarterback MVP and won the camp’s “Fastest Man” and “Combine King” awards ... Clocked 4.48 seconds in the 40-yard dash at the NUC camp ...
