I love Strong Side Studios, the training I get there, and the wide array of classes that are available to me. I started with Strong Side Studios about 5 months now. Let me tell you I'm addicted now and actually looking forward to a workout! Darryl's bootcamps definitely kick my butt every time (and I consider myself in a pretty good physical shape). By offering support, encouragement, lots of laughs, and the occasional tears, along with regular butt kickings, Darryl has helped me transform my body.I have toned all over, have flat stomach and my arms never looked that good ever! And I'm not stopping here! He makes sure we push ourselves to the max every time we do a class. He changes the routine quite often to keep up with the challenge.

I have been virtually joining Strong Side Studios fitness classes for approximately 4 months. I didn’t know what I was getting myself in to and the classes were more intense than what i expected however it has allowed me to push myself to a level I didn’t think I could. Darryl is very professional, punctual and consistent with all of his classes. He cares about providing an effective workout to get us to reach our goals. As a result of these classes I was able to build strength which in turn I saw the difference it made for me when I did trails at the Grand Canyon recently. Eventhough I modify my exercises due to my knees, I was able to do several hikes with no problem. Thank you Darryl for pushing me!

My journey with Darryl and the Strongside family started about 2 years ago. I have 2 kids both boys who are at extremely active ages. I got to a point where I was tired of always being tired and I wasn't spending the time with my kids having outdoor fun. I needed to work on myself if I wanted to be a healthy and happy mom for my kids. With the help of Darryl, I've not only lost weight through this journey but I've also rediscovered a confidence in myself that was lacking for a long time. At the beginning of this process, it was impossible for me to do a sit up without assistance and let's not even talk about the planks, pushups and wall sits! Muscle definition that was lost years ago have been rediscovered! Darryl is truly awesome and what makes him awesome is that he genuinely cares about what he does. I’m an office guy that at times work long hours. And I always found myself making excuses for not working out. I’ve had other personal trainers in the past, but Darryl and Strong Side Studios are the best, hands down. My wife and her clique (3 stooges) began going to Darryl/Strong Side, so I was motivated to get back into the flow. What I admire and respect from Darryl is that he wants you to meet your goals just as much as you do. In a comical sense, I see Darryl as a big brother that just enjoys beating me up!

Before I joined Strong Side Studios I really hated to work out. With Darryl I have found a trainer that knows how to motivate me and get me to push myself to new limits. He consistently motivates me and makes me feel like he truly cares about me and my health journey. Even when I lose focus he reaches out to ensure I do not give up. A Group on I purchased about 5 years ago, brought me to Strongside Studios and the Fitness Family & Supportive atmosphere has kept me here. I've won a few SSS healthy habits challenges, but everytime I'd fall off the wagon, Darryl pushes me right back on, by any means necessary!
