Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform – all to challenge you like never before. R30 is your 30 minute cardio workout! Music will make the time fly and you will feel great working up a sweat! You can make the most out of R30, no matter if you are just starting an exercise program or have been racing bikes for years. This easy to follow format with adjustable bikes puts you in control. Everyone finishes first!

Zumba Gold  introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. This 45 minute class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance!

Our cycling (spinning) classes are very popular because spinning is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun.

Our studio classes are 45 minutes of challenging bike riding.

Yoga is a class with emphasis on the mind/body connection thru deep breathing, fluid movement and challenging poses. This class uses floor and standing poses for all fitness levels.

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC & STABILITY


CLASSIC ~ This workout includes fall prevention drills and exercises to improve strength and endurance. A chair and handheld weights or tubing are recommended.


STABILITY ~ Focused on improving balance, this standing class uses chair support to advance cognition and fall prevention skills.

STRETCH & RENEW


Nothing feels better than a great stretch! Gain flexibility and mobility through a series of stretches designed to unwind, destress, and safely restore your range of motion. Class also incorporates balance and coordination training for greater ease, comfort and mobility in daily life! If you've been feeling tight, stiff, stressed or anxious, then this 45 minute class if for you!
