Can Beginners come to class?



Yes.  All levels are welcome at Fight Club, beginners looking to try MMA should look at our MMA Foundations Schedule or if you’re looking for Womens Fitness Classes like Kickboxing, Boxing, or Bootcamps our Womens Fitness Schedule will show you the times we hold classes.  As a beginner you can jump right into any class on either schedule.

What should I bring to class?

Just come in shorts and a t-shirt.  For trial members we have equipment you can borrow. We also have a full pro shop with equipment and merchandise for sale at the gym.  If you’ve trained before and have your own equipment bring it with you for your class.

What gear do I need?

If you’re on your trial or taking your first class we have gear for you to borrow.

  • Muay Thai – Handwraps, Gloves, Shin guards.
  • Boxing – Handwraps and Gloves.
  • BJJ – No equipment needed.
  • MMA Conditioning – No equipment needed
  • Fitness Conditioning – No equipment needed
  • Cardio Kickboxing – Handwraps and Gloves
  • MMA- Boxing Gloves, MMA Gloves, and Shin guards
  • Fighting Fit- MMA Gloves

When can I start my free Trial? Do I need to call ahead to schedule?

Just fill in the free trial form (click here)  and one of our MMA and Fitness Consultants will be in contact with you shortly to schedule a time for you to come in. Or feel free to reach out to us and call  (914) 355-2618. Please bring a Photo ID with you to your consultation.  If you’re under 18 please plan on bringing a parent/guardian to sign some paperwork if you’re looking to participate in a class.

How many classes can I take in a month if I have a monthly contract?

All our memberships allow for Unlimited classes.

How much does it cost?

When you come in for your scheduled time to talk with our MMA and Fitness Consultants they will go over all of our different membership options with you in person.
