the food was ok. I came here because i'm a huge wonka fan and wanted to order items out the wonka menu... i wasn't impressed. the biscuit was $25 and looked like it was just thrown on the plate. My daughter ordered crapes and they forgot 1 crepe. the drinks that came out with the cotton candy looked horrible and they were missing some ingredients from those item. It was a disaster!

While we expected the price of the food here (ridiculously insane btw), we decided to have breakfast anyway as it was cold and snowing outside. I ordered the crepe combo and the crepe was hard and the cream was cold inside. It was like they took the cream out the fridge and just put it in the crepe. I literally just had a bite and was charged in full for my meal. I can understand charging those prices if at least the food was good. I paid the bill and would never visit again.

Absolutely dog shit what is this? Charging for tip TWICE And it's 17%. The food is quite heinous. Don't ever go here if you're ordering something other than waffles. It took 3 to 5 business days just to get my rubberized beat eggs that had no flavour whatsoever. if you're thinking about going here, don't garbage.

It's an IHOP. But the hotel provided a coupon as the hotel had no breakfast option. Now I haven't been to an American IHOP in forever so I was skeptical.
However, service was wonderful. Food was brought out hot and fresh. Even though cold brew coffee is on the menu, they did not have any,
Prices do seem inflated (possibly because of the hotel coupons and/ or being in a tourist area). A decent breakfast will set you back about $30 Canadian per person.
But if you're in the area with a hotel coupon. It's a decent breakfast optionHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jul 30, 2021
I didn't want to eat here because of the bad ratings. Plus I didn't see anything interesting on the menu. But I got overruled because we were with a group & they wanted to go here. I had the breakfast sampler. It was $21.99 CAD for 2 eggs, hash browns, 2 slices ham, 2 strips of bacon, 2 breakfast sausages & 2 pancakes. Our total bill came to $75 CAD for crappy quality food. We ate a freshly cooked breakfast at the Hilton two days later & it was cheaper than IHOP & tasted 100% better. The only things I thought were edible were the eggs & hash browns. I asked for gluten free pancakes (which I was charged extra for) & they were so-so. Everything was lacking in flavour & quality. The poor server was polite & everything but she seemed stressed. We were put in the family section because we were a group of 8. And it was full of screaming noisy kids. I felt a headache coming on right away.
After breakfast I felt physically sick. I thought I was going to barf. To add insult to injury we got charged a 17% gratuity I think because we were a large group. The practice is fairly common but it would've been nice to be warned before getting the bill. Food quality at this IHOP is abysmal. If you love good food, if you want good quality for your buck don't eat here. Certainly don't feed your kids, your family this food. It's horrible. I didn't start feeling better until I had lunch at the Secret Garden Restaurant near Clifton Hill.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 5875975367Sep 15, 2022
The waitress was good. The coffee was hot. The food was cooked to order. My pancakes were not hot. I had to send them back twice. The prices are decent. The atmosphere was good.

OK IHOP, waitress was very nice and helpful, We got a $20.00 voucher from our hotel, The prices though are quite expensive, $26.99 (CAD) for a country omelet served with hash browns and toast. Split Decision- #23.99 (CAD) two coffees at $4.29 (CAD) and large OJ- $4.99 plus 2 types of taxes - H.S.T. tax of $9.23 (CAD)and NFDF tax of $ 6.45 for Niagara Falls tax. also tip so dining experience was about $100.00 (CAD) , That's alot for IHOP but the food is plentiful and tasty and service is good.

I wish I could put minus 10!
the food was horrible. it had the look of food that you may see in movies in an institution or a prison. where they slap a piece of meat, a piece of toast and a piece of hash browns. I say a piece because it looks like they have a big slab of it and serve you a square piece.
if you see a picture of their breakfast plate at the elevator in the Four Point Sheraton Hotel and see what you get when you order the same plate. you may feel like laughing or better crying.
one thing I can assure you, you will be served a few minutes after ordering, since it looks and taste like all the components are ready made and they just put it on your plate. besides the toast nothing looks freshly made. what a shame and disservice to the company name.
AND THE PRICES!!!!! think about $40-50 per person for a classic eggs, one meat, toast and a small square of hash brown if you can call it that. ah! and a cup of watery coffee served from a thermos already on the table. nothing is fresh.
There are plenty of better restaurants around with much better options and way cheaper where you can tell everything was done when you ordered and even includes some fresh fruit. look around don't fell for the name on this restaurant.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael A.Toronto, Canada0281Jun 8, 2022
