Chan's Winner 2011 Keeping the Blue Alive Award - Woonsocket Call

Looks like I'll be heading to Memphis in February and y'all are invited. I received a call from the executive director of the Blues Foundation informing me that Chan's was selected to received the 2011 'Keeping the Blues Alive' Award. I am humbled by this great honor and I would like to share this prestigious international award with all the wonderful fans of Chan's, all the amazing musicians that have graced the stage of Chan's, and my fabulous professional and friendly staff that supported me in the last 33 years of music which I had great fun presenting in our intimate Four Seasons Banquet room. We had some magical evenings where the musicians and the audience energy and chemistry was so passionate, it was almost like a perfect marriage. Chan's is like a second home to many of the musicians on the road.
