I'm a male client at Jen's Business, and I can't praise Jen's expertise in waxing enough. Being a man and getting waxed for the first time can be scary or intimidating but Jen made me feel comfortable. Her attention to detail and professionalism make the entire experience comfortable. From brows to Brazilian, she ensures a thorough job while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch waxing services.
I would recommend more men to at least try a waxing once. After the first time you'll be wanting to go again and again.

This was the best wax I've ever received. I have a very low pain tolerance for waxing so I was pretty nervous but this was a breeze. She made me feel so comfortable, it felt like she was just taking off a bandaid, and the entire process took maybe 10 minutes. I will 100% be coming back!

So incredibly disappointed with Brows to Brazilian. First, Jennifer was so unprofessional on the phone with my initial conversation. Sounded as though she was frazzled and distracted. Her texts messages were even worse, to the point I honestly felt I couldn't possibly be talking to the owner. That should have been enough red flags but because of other reviews I thought I'd give her a shot. Well, I get to my appointment and was met by a sign on the door saying to have a seat on the porch and that she was with another client. Ok...I sat for 45 minutes!!! Nothing!!! I texted...nothing!!! I called....nothing!!! I'm glad I did not allow her to provide services for me. I have a feeling it would have turned out horrible and I would've been even more disappointed. Just have the decency to call me and cancel. Not make me take time out of work to waste on someone so undeserving

Wow! Jen truly knows what she is doing. She waxed my teen son's brows and they are perfect! She kept them full and shaped so nicely. I then got my eyebrows and lashes tinted. She did a wonderful job, I look like I'm wearing mascara and brow pencil everyday! Love waking up like that. She was so speedy fast, too. We were out the door in about 20 minutes. Her room is cozy and beautifully decorated too. What a treat all the around!

I give Jen a TEN star rating! Whether I just need my brows tinted, head to toe pampering, or doing my make up and supporting me during my recent photo shoot, Jen is as good as it gets. Professional, quality products and techniques, and she has a special ability to make you feel great inside and out.

I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and made sure to ask no thin brows! and she totally took off my whole brow. She said she would make sure to not change the shape and ruined them completely, she texted me and asked to change the time and i said it was fine and was back and forth texting. Never going back. My brows have never looked worse and this thin for someone who already had thick brows their completely changed if a costumer asks for something you deliver. This was horrible!

I sent my daughter here for a simple waxing. She came back with spots they failed to wax- definitely not worth the $100. Way too overpriced compared to other wax places. Took advantage of my teenage daughter and charged way too much.

Jen is always amazing! She's fast, fair priced, and she does things right. She will recommend products that will actually help you and make you feel comfortable no matter what the wax. Thanks as always Jen!
