On The Spot Massage Therapy

I got a massage with Carla, and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. The music, lighting, and a diffuser all relaxed me. Carla did not cut corners. She took her time, asked me my concerns, check on the pressure. I was extremely comfortable. By far the most consistent, thoughtful, and effective massage I've had. I would definitely recommend On The Spot.

I've got no complaints about professionalism or atmosphere - both were fine - but the quality of the massage itself was incredibly subpar. I went for a deep tissue massage wanting to get some of the knots in my aching shoulders worked out and I can tell you I walked out in just as much pain as I walked in with - no improvement. The massage therapist tried to sell that you 'couldn't fix everything in a day' which I understand, but when you pay for an hour long session you expect at least some trace of relief. She seemed incredibly hesitant to apply any pressure to actually get anything worked out, even when I pointed directly to a problem area.

I would not recommend this place for those who prefer firmer pressure.

Edit: Michelle was super fast in getting back to me which I appreciate. She offered me an appointment with an alternative massage therapist, which I've taken her up on. Very good customer support.

Edit: Michelle arranged to have me come in for another appointment with a different massage therapist, Zoe, who did a wonderful job and finally got me out of the pain I've been in for weeks. A very good group of people. I would especially recommend Zoe's services.

This is a rented office suite in a business building. My therapist was running late and on the phone when we arrived at the same time. She did text me telling me she was running late, but seemed very stressed. I had to type out in her computer my information which was so weird and instead of the traditional using a paper forms. It felt like i was doing her work and I really didn't want to sit at her computer to type in my info prior to a massage. The cramped quarters and ton of just elbow work (not using her hands) during the massage, on top of the facility made it a major bummer. I would not return and just make sure you know you are in a office building which had a strange vibe to me the decor was super ornate Oriental themed.

I love the Massage therapist Kim!!! She is amazing and I consider her a medical miracle worker. She uses deep tissue and trigger point therapy to get the pain out constantly. She has changed my life and now has a customer for life! Amazing!

Loved this place! The therapists are always professional. I love that they emailed me my intake form, so I didn't have to waste my massage time to fill it out! The prices are more than fair and the rooms are very well decorated. It's a quiet office building so you won't be disturbed but any outside noise. Very relaxing environment! Would recommend Zoe to all who ask!

I have been going here for years - and have had 2 different massage therapists here - Michele and Zoe. Both are awesome!! Very relaxing environment, just the right amount of talking (I don't like a ton of talking most of the time, just want to relax - but they know exactly how much I want..), they ask if the pressure is right, answer questions, focus on areas, have a wide selection of scents of lotions to use, I could go on and on. Love this place!!

If I'm going to get a massage, I always go for a deep tissue massage and Michelle is a great therapist who works on those nasty trigger points that give me aches and pains! I've also tried the warm bamboo deep tissue massage which feels Ah-Mazing! Deep tissue massages are the good kind of hurt, your body will thank you later. The location is clean and the staff is friendly.

Have been here several times with a few different therapists. All massages have been excellent!! I think they have some of the lowest prices in town, The location is a little industrial, but the interior is clean and very nice. Being able to book an massage on line is very handy also. Will definetaly be back for more.
