When you schedule a 60-minute massage, do you know how much time you are really scheduled for the actual massage? Many others advertise a 60-minute massage when the massage therapist will only be working on your body for 50 minutes. If you ask more than likely you will be told that this is the industry standard. It allows their therapist time to do their client consultation and set up the room, all within a 60-minute time slot.

As there is no legal requirement that states the therapist must use 10 minutes of your time to consult with you, and/or set up the room, thus reducing your massage to 50 minutes, at Serenity Day Spa and Gifts we provide you with a full 60-minute massage by your therapist. It is our belief that this is something our competitors do to schedule more clients into a given day: profits before clients. Here at Serenity Day Spa and Gifts, we believe a 60-minute massage should be just that: 60 minutes.
