What it is The medical-grade device pumps out 95 percent pure, cool oxygen into the skin via high-pressured blasts. The oxygen, combined with vitamins and minerals, seeps into skin to smooth out wrinkles. The machine is also used for spray tan treatments. It’s similar to the oxygen inhalation machines you’d find at an oxygen bar.
The treatment The Intraceuticals Oxygen Infusion facial ($195); You can choose either Opulence (brightening your skin tone) or Rejuvenate (anti-aging and hydration). The company plans to introduce a version that focuses on acne within the next few months.

Biologique Recherche Remodeling Face machine
What it is The machine uses small electrical currents and products from French skincare company Biologique Recherche to stimulate the outer layer of skin cells. Promised results include brighter eyes, more prominent cheekbones and softer wrinkles. And the machine is pretty exclusive: You’ll find it only at spas in New York, Paris, Moscow and Chicago.
The treatment The Signature Biologique Recherche Facial Remodeling treatment ($300 for 90 minutes) features many steps you’ll find in most facials: cleansing, toners, masques (using all high-end Biologique Recherche products, natch). The exception is the use of the machine, which uses two pads to send small jolts of current to smooth out wrinkles and firm up the skin around the eyes, jawline and forehead.

Dermalucent machine
What it is The Kate Somerville-patented machine wraps around the head and covers the face (claustrophobic folks, beware) for about 20 minutes at the end of a facial. Low-level LED lights activate the skin cells, speeding up tissue regeneration, decreasing fine lines and helping the skin absorb any gels or masks used during the treatment.
The treatment The Dermalucent ($225), a customized 60-minute facial with steam, deep cleansing and extractions, followed by the LED skin rejuvenation. Also available as an add-on to any facial for $95.

Hydradermie machine
What it is Guinot’s second generation of the Hydradermie emits an ionization current through two metal-tipped wands to help the European brand’s gels penetrate the skin.
The treatment Using a customized combination of ionization gels and a high-frequency current, the 90-minute Hydradermie Lift ($115–$175) stimulates the skin, leaving it more hydrated, oxygenated and balanced and smoothing fine lines.
