So I just read the response to my review. Seriously?? Here are the texts. SHE admits she needed to do a more thorough consult, then asks me when I can come in to fix it as we talked about after I paid her (which I responded). She then tells me she doesn't have her appointment book with her on the weekend (which ironically the original appointment was made on a weekend), then she stops responding. ONLY after the salon owner saw the Google review did she send me a text- on September 5. "I was told by the salon owner....." She says that the reason for not getting back to me were family issues. So which is it? Family issues or the client is the problem? Like I said, IT IS ONLY HAIR! No big deal. But treat people right and be honest!

Hi Janet Palmore. This is Anisha @ Bella Salon. I apologize for you feeling this way. I have reached out to you, but no response. I would of liked to clear this up with you, before it got to all this misguidance. Please stop attacking my character and my work, all my before & after pictures are very real and took hard work. I’m very professional and a knowledgable hairstylist. I know that and I have so many amazing, loyal and Honest clients that’s could vouch for me on that. All my clients on those before & after pictures on my website could also verify the pictures are true and accurate of their hair.
I agree, let’s be honest! When you left my chair you mentioned I did a Great Job on your hair, you just wanted more color. Even though I gave you exactly what we had talked about in our consultation and had gone over it twice. Afterwards, you texted me I did a Great Job again and that you should have been more clear. I have the text message to prove that. And of course that’s the only message you forgot to take a screenshot of.
Unfortunately what you where asking for kept changing. I can’t keep up with a client that doesn’t know what they want but then blames the hairstylist. In all my years of being a hairdresser I’ve never experience anything like this with any client. I know how to treat clients and I’m always respectful and extremely professional. The reason I mentioned I didn’t get back to you on the text message due to family issues, was regarding Commenting back on the Review.
Shocks me to see this misdirected and hatred review!

Take care!Sep 1, 2020Previous reviewI made an appointment with ANISHA who advertised herself as a professional colorist. Her website "Hair by Anisha" has many before and afters, which at this point I highly doubt are real or even her work product. Look at my hair and tell me if this looks like a Beige Blonde Balayage with root smudge to you? It's a brassy hot mess I could have had with box color for $6.99. I did my best not to make a big deal about it at the salon but told her that t absolutely wasn't what we had talked about. She tried to tell me it's the lightening, etc. Come on! She offered to not take money but I didn't feel right about not paying someone who had just spent three hours on my hair. I know how much the salon industry has struggled during these difficult times. I paid her $150, which is what she asked for. She said thanks and promised to get me in immediately the following week to correct the color. Since then, CRICKETS other than telling me she doesn't have access to her appointment book. Repeated unresponsiveness to texts and to making good on her promise to correct the issue. STAY CLEAR OF THIS Place. I am an honest person with integrity. That's why I insisted on paying her. She, on the other hand, doesn't even have the courtesy to respond and say "sorry I can't fix your hair. Go somewhere more professional."

I got my a lash fill done with the lady here because my regular person is out of town. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!! Instantly I noticed this lady wasn't separating my lashes to add a lash extension! It felt like she pushed them on with her finger and she put a tone of glue that all my lashes stuck together in clumps. THEY ALL CAME OFF IN CLUMPS ALONG WITH MY NATURAL LASHES. Please if you care about your lashes dont go here!! My eyes are hurting posted pictures of the day they where done and of the second day....

Bella salon has been my home for the past 10 years! My long time hairstylist being Sandra, I love her. She is the best hair color specialist at this location. Over all the entire staff is beyond welcoming and very friendly and passionate. Anisha is another great new addition to the hairstylists here at Bella salon, she does amazing blowouts and Brazilian blowouts. I had hair color correction multiple times and have been beyond happy with my experience every time. I always get what I want. And always walk out feeling beautiful. Highly recommend! They do some amazing hair coloring also. I've never had mine done in Salon but see the girls results when I'm there and they look great!!!

Her room is adorable and clean. It's really hard to find an esthetician who knows her stuff. I can't wait to get a facial from her. Try her, you won't be sorry.

I had a great experience with hairstylist, Michelle!
I was searching for someone who could do a badass ombre/balayage for a reasonable price. Honestly, the one that I was planning to go to was charging a pricey fee + $75 hourly charge (Fee + $75 x estimated 4hrs = a crapload of $$$!!). And on top of that, he was booked for months! Thank goodness for my friend/coworker who came in to work with her beautiful hair color. I knew I had to take my chance and try her stylist!
Michelle was so friendly, she made the 4hrs that I was there seem like nothing. She made sure I was comfortable and explained the color process step by step and made sure that was what I wanted.
At the end, I was iffy on what to do with my bangs so she explained if I changed my mind later just to let her know. I'm so glad she said that since I was debating to myself about it while I drove home, looking at my bangs in the rearview. I text her and let her know my decision and I'll be going back in a few days to see her. I'm usually hesitant on doing something like that, but I had no problem with her. I knew she wanted me to be happy with her work.
Also, the rest of the staff is very friendly - I'm already thinking of going in for a facial!
