Out of respect for your time of relaxation we ask that all cell phones be turned off while you are in the building.

Please do not bring children, as there is no waiting area provided for them.

If this is your first visit to A Touch of a Feather Day Spa we will require a credit card to hold your appointment.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy out of respect for our therapists and technicians. If you cannot make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. We are willing and able to accommodate your schedule. However, if you must cancel within 24-hours of your appointment you will be charged the full fee for whatever service(s) you were scheduled for.

If you know you are going to be late for your appointment, please let us know. Often times we can accommodate tardiness however, this is not always the case. We may have to shorten your session or rebook for another day and/or time.

All gift certificates are non-refundable, however if the gift certificate is for a certain service, it is possible to exchange that service for another service of equal value.

This is a Massage Therapy and Day Spa establishment. We will not tolerate any sexual misconduct. Sexual misconduct includes sexually suggestive remarks, language, advances or inappropriate touching. Your therapist has the right to end any session immediately if any of this behavior occurs.
