Radio Flyer US Shipping Policy (Rev. 2/1/2024)

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $59+, before taxes.

Orders below the $59 amount will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99. Note that some oversized items on radioflyer.com will incur a large package surcharge (amount varies by item) regardless of the order’s subtotal.

This shipping policy excludes orders on replacement parts or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Military, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations. Bulk orders of 6+ products are also excluded from this policy. Free shipping is applied to the order subtotal inclusive of any existing discounted pricing on items or promotion codes used. Gift cards cannot be used to increase cart total above the free shipping minimum amount.

Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by shipping option. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you must select the “Free Shipping” option during checkout; Selecting other shipping methods will incur additional charges. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information.

Individuals without an account are responsible for all shipping charges.

Please note the following:

• Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
• Business days are Monday - Friday, excludes holidays.
• UPS Saturday delivery is currently not available.
• Inclement weather and unforeseen delivery circumstance can delay the delivery date.
• If your order includes several items, they may ship separately. This may result in parts of your order arriving at different times, but still within the expected delivery window shown in your tracking information.
• We provide an estimated tax at checkout. Please note that the amounts displayed as estimated tax may fluctuate when your order is finalized and completed.
• Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska cannot be expedited and are not valid for free shipping.
• We ship toys and parts to US Military addresses and US Territory addresses. Please call customer service to place your order at 1-800-621-7613 Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST. These orders are not valid for free shipping.
• International Shipping: We do not currently ship to other countries other than the United States and Canada. However, many of our products are available through online retailers throughout the world. Please refer to the International page in the Shop section at the bottom of this page for a list of retailers, or call our customer service team to inquire about your specific location.

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of both standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery dates are an estimate based on standard transit times. Please see estimated delivery date for your order at checkout. Note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as unexpected weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances can delay delivery.

Carbon Neutral Shipping

We are excited to announce Radio Flyer has committed to carbon neutral shipping for all products sold on radioflyer.com! Every time we ship our products they are transported via truck, rail, air or ocean. All of these modes of transportation burn some type of fuel or gasoline to run, and the burning of that oil/gasoline emits CO2 into the atmosphere. We are working with UPS to measure and track the total amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere as a result of shipping our products, and then we are purchasing “verified carbon offsets” equal to the amount of CO2 we emitted. So, if we emit 200 tons of CO2, we would buy carbon offsets equal to 200 tons – making the process “carbon neutral”.

There is no additional cost for customers. You simply get the added benefit of knowing that when we ship your online order, the final result is zero CO2 added to the atmosphere! Radio Flyer is committed to making the world a healthier place for new generations. As we look into the future, we want to see a place with more trees to play under and cleaner skies for our kids.

 

Please consider the following when selecting a shipping address: most Radio Flyer products arrive in their original packaging (not a brown box).

Your order will ship within 6 business days. Your order will ship from Chicago through UPS Standard. Time in transit will vary based on your shipping location - packages are typically in transit from between 3 and 6 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Expedited shipping options and UPS Saturday delivery are currently not available for shipments to Canada.
