ITINERARY

Notes:
1) For 4 days/ 3 nights package, Day 2 itinerary is repeated for Day 3.
2) Please be punctual for snorkeling trip and boat transfer to mainland during check out. Latecomers will not be entertained and are responsible for their own arrangement. Any missed snorkeling trip will not be replaced.
3) Any request for late check out departure is subject to prior arrangement and room availability.
4) Please report and be at the reception not less than 1 hour before ferry departure.

PACKAGE INCLUDES
1. Ferry transfer from SHAHBANDAR JETTY / MERANG JETTY to Redang Island & return
2. Accomodation in air conditioning room with attached bathroom with hot shower
3. 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 tea time, 1 normal dinner and 1 BBQ
4. Free flow of hot / cold beverages EXCLUDING mineral water, alcoholic and carbonate drink – during meal time
5. 3 snorkeling trip (Marine Park and 2 other places) ~ EXCLUDES Snorkeling Equipment
6. Food is served in Buffet (HALAL)

PACKAGE EXCLUDES
1. GST 6% charges will start from 1st April 2015 onwards.
2. Marine park conservation charge RM5.00 per adult, RM2.00 per child,
3. 2 ways airport transfer service will be charged at RM30.00 per adult & RM20.00 per child
4. 2 ways bus station pick up service will be charged at RM20.00 per adult and RM10.00 per child
5. 1 way transfer from/ to Redang to/ from Resort at RM60/ pax/ way ~ minimum 2 pax
6. 1 way office to airport RM50.00 per taxi for 4 person
7. EQUIPMENT FOR RENTAL PACKAGE: RM15 per mask & snorkel, RM15 per life jacket, RM30 per power mask

TERMS & CONDITION
• Due to adserve weather or unforeseen operational condition, Redang Holiday Beach Villa reserves the right to alter or cancel any itineraries of tours without any compensation.
• The management accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services. The management cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which are beyond our control.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any unutilized meals, snorkeling trips or owned arrangement boat transfers are not refundable.
• Lost of equipment will be charged accordingly.
• Room Check In or Check Out will follow the ferry schedule (to be advised)
• No REFUND for NO SHOW / CANCELLATION.
• Kindly advice ALL the Participant's Details (Full name, NRIC/Passport, Age, Nationality) when the booking confirmed (Payment / Deposit Received)

CANCELLATION (Based on per person)
CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW:
• 1 Month Notice: BURN 50% from the total package
• 15 Days Notice: BURN 75% from the total package.
• Less than 15 Days: BURN 100% from the total package.
Note: 40% deposit is Non-Refundable

DATE AMENDMENT:
• Penalty RM30 per person when the booking is confirmed (Refer room availability & Current Rate)
• LAST MINUTES Charges: 1 week before arrival - RM50 per person

REDUCE NUMBER OF PERSON (GIT & FIT):
• Penalty RM10 per person
• GROUP BOOKING: Please confirm 2 weeks before arrival

ADVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION
BY FLIGHT TO KUALA TERENGGANU
Our recommendation is to take either the Air Asia or Firefly in the morning flights to catch the Ferry departure time at 9.00am or 10.30am.

BY FLIGHT DIRECT TO REDANG AIRPORT TERMINAL
Please note that the airport is situated in the centre of the island. You will need land transfer from the Redang Airport to Kampung Jetty followed by a boat transfer to Pasir Panjang, where our resort is situated.

Flight Route:
* Subang Airport to Redang Airport
* Singapore Airport to Redang Airport

Additional Information ;
* Land transfer from Redang Airport to Kampung Jetty can be arranged. 1 way transfer from/ to Kampung 
  Jetty to/ from Resort at RM60/ pax/ way ~ minimum 2 pax.
* Catching the flight from Singapore may result in missing the first snorkeling trip which is non-refundable.

BY BUS TO KUALA TERENGGANU
Please ensure that you catch the night coach to Kuala Terengganu with the arrival time of no later than 7.00AM on the check-in day & departure time at night coach.
