Group Training

Group Fitness Training @ Made 2 Move Fitness:

Our Group Fitness Training sessions are similar to personal training but in small groups up to 9.  They improve your motivation & direction over general fitness classes due to the smaller group size and personalized attention.  Each session type is designed for beginner-intermediate adult Men & Women.  Experience our heart-rate-based monitor system in all of our Group Fitness Training options in Williamsville.  All sessions are 30-minutes, appointment-based with up to 9 clients per group.   ZERO contract/membership/enrollment required.

3 GROUP STYLES:

  • PILATES Core & Stretch: Improve Posture & Core Strength 
  • HIIT Circuit: High-Intensity Interval Training
  • CARDIO & Core: Interval Cardio & Core work

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: 6:30-7am – HIIT Circuit
  • Mon/Wed/Fri: 7-7:30am – Cardio & CORE
  • Saturdays – 7-7:30am – HIIT Circuit

  • Saturdays: 9-9:30am – CARDIO & Core
  • Saturdays: 9:30-10am – HIIT Circuit
  • Saturdays: 10-10:30am – PILATES Core & Stretch
