I ordered on-line, my order was ready ahead of time. The order was accurate, the food delicious, what a great on-the-go meal!

Came here on a Sunday ~12:30 pm, restaurant was completely empty but I did notice a couple to go orders pending pickup. Placed my order with the cashier who seemed wholly unenthusiastic to be working that day I had a couple freebies on my account but was told I could only use one at a time per visit, ok no big deal. I got a free grilled chicken sandwich and paid separately for some smash tots- almost $5 for a small side of about 12-15 tater tots! Kinda crazy the prices they charge, they were at least crispy and delicious tho. Not sure I'd come back again with the small portions and standoffish customer service.

Well the management team member was rude and standoffish.
We asked for a refund and would have expected that the establishment would have reached out in regards to certain items not available if that was the case, turns out the cook admitted to the manager that he or she had forgotten to add almost all of the added toppings we paid for and still never removed the prices items or explained at pick up and charged full price as if we would not have noticed or cared.
She then proceeds to tell us that we cannot receive a refund for an online order over the phone regardless of the card info being available, I then had to go in person because she stated it would have to be a cash refund, and so I went.
Once there she then tells me if I have the receipt and card. At this I am confused I just left my house and was told I had to come in to get a cash refund only, only to find that she needed the card to make a refund?
Could this not have been done over the phone or was it a lie? I'm not sure but I feel as if I had been lied and deceived for the sake of trying to dissuade me of coming and getting a refund.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 5, 2023
Ordered through DoorDash so maybe if we went in it would be better, but definitely wouldn't recommend delivery as our food was not warm on arrival. My fries weren't even a full order and cold. My chicken sandwich was actually pretty good for just the classic sandwich, if it was hot, it probably would have been excellent! We also ordered two salads without eggs and they came with eggs and no dressing. It was a bummer since this was everybody's first experience of smashburger.

I came at 930 on a Saturday after driving from Roseville about a ten minute drive. The store closes at 10 and the neighbor businesses were still open and operating. When I arrived to smash burger the door was locked and the associate was sweeping. I knocked on the door and she answered saying they were closed. I asked to talk to the manager because I drove all the way here for a business that stated on the door they were open till 10, the associate told me she was busy and locked the door. Very very upset about this situation and should have ordered online to confirm my meal.

Pretty good. Our 1st time here. She got the Colorado and I got a Bacon BBQ with Smash tots. Everything tasted good. Great fries and great taste. I almost ordered more but I'm trying to eat moderately today. Their outdoor area is pretty large as well as having 110V and USB charging ports inside.

The burger was exceptionally good! I just got a single patty..yum. The fries were okay..some were fresh and awesome and some tasted a bit old. The environment at smash burger seemed cramped and strangely uncomfortable feeling...The burger was so good that it still warrants 4 stars.

Terrible customer service, no one assisted when we walked through the door and it was empty inside. All you could hear is people talking in the back of the kitchen. I tried to sample your food but your employees didn't give me a chance.

We ordered for pick up, I don't know how they forgot the bacon on BOTH the bacon burgers on the order. The smash fries were just covered in oil no rosemary or garlic and weird greens that for sure weren't rosemary. I was the only customer in the building, I don't know how they messed this up.
