Doina is the only esthetician that I see for my waxing and skin care needs. She does such beautiful work with my eyes brows, i get compliments all the time, and people even ask me if they have been micro bladed. I get them waxed and tinted and the results are stunning. All of her work is fabulous and she really does it all. She treats her clients with respect snd has a lot of passion for her work. Thank you for your beautiful work Doina!

I recently moved to Cle from Cincy and this was my first salon I tired. I met a friend that works here and she is superb! Ask for Nga if you're looking for a new stylist. She took her time and made sure I was happy as she did my cut and color. The salon overall was fantastic, modern, and clean. Their staff was super friendly! Overall had a great experience and will be back.

Soo, I ended up getting a super good deal on a Groupon for this Spa. I got a collagen facial. Scheduling was so easy here, they had availability, which is like non-existent these days.
I was here years ago for a facial and loved it then as well. I walked in and the Spa is so large, it's kind of surprising at first. Parking is meh but it's Lakewood and that's the deal, I parked on a side street and put money in the meter because it was midday. I got a facial with Jimmy, he was welcoming and kept checking in with me to make sure all the products felt okay. He explained each mask and what was in it and asked about allergies, etc.
When I did my yoga teacher training my teacher was huge on teaching us trauma competency (aka respecting someone's space, letting them know and have choices in the surrounding environment) and I felt like Jimmy did this like a pro, which is super useful at a spa, a lot of times people don't know what the experience will be like or what to expect, etc. I was very comfortable the entire time but Jimmy went out of his way to make sure of that and that is much appreciated.
I felt like I got a steal too. Yea I got a facial and it all felt amazing but while the masks were setting on my face, I got a massage too! I felt like half of the facial time was also a massage. I had such a nice self care day here and I want to go back.
I saw signs posted too, their Christmas specials seem like incredible, affordable deals. *Brb signing up for their emails*

I liked this salon it was my first time here. I must say my hair dresser wasn't very social at all. Must if the time I just sat there, she didn't say much, when someone is doing my hair I would like to talk to them to feel them out. Unfortunately I ended up with one that didn't say almost anything not even make me understand the process I'm having done to my hair. I would come back but to a different hair dresser.

i was in last week where i met pam, my new stylist. she was very professional, knowledgeable, and very experienced with color! she explains pricing and products for an overall great experience. go see pam i get a lot of compliments on my hair!!

Loved getting my facial from Pam! She was so amazing and so thorough through out my time there. I definitely recommend coming here and trying their hour long facial.

They have been in business for 25 years and the space is huge. My skin felt so soft and clean when I got done. I love that you get to lay down like you're going to get a full body massage because it's very relaxing and they have soft music playing in the background to help you rest and relax. Pam even did a hand and arm massage while the mask was on my face.

Their prices are very reasonable and I was able to get in for an appointment within just a couple of days. My sister-in-law recommended coming here and I'm so glad she did, I will be coming for regular facials for sure!

I went here for a walk-in eyebrow waxing, and had a great experience. My appointment was with Mia, and she was wonderful! Something I've never experienced before, the table I laid on to get my eyebrow wax was heated! I was so comfortable!
The salon/spa is huge, if I was local I would love to come here for a spa day. I love that they sell Bare Minerals products there, one of my favorite brands.

I needed help cancelling an appointment and getting a refund. Talked with 3 different staff members and each person was incredibly friendly and helpful. Was such a positive experience that instead of cancelling I decided to find a different time to get the pedicure.

I came in for an hour massage and pedicure. My first impression was the spa was nice and clean, but the services were lacking. The pedicure was ok. I was overall happy with it. However, the massage was uninspired and I'm not sure I would go back. I had a 12:30 appointment. I didn't get called back until 10 minutes past that time. I assumed most hour massages last 50 minutes since they give time to change. I should have been in there til at least 1:30. The massage ended at 1:20. I ended up paying for an hour and getting 40 minutes massage time. Less actually, since the masseuse stepped out for almost 5 minutes in the middle of the service so I could "roll from my stomach to my back." The pressure was also sad. It was less of a massage and more like someone just rubbing lotion on my body.

Have had better facial experiences elsewhere. She didn't talk the entire time or tell me what she was putting on my face. I had asked for suggestions for a moisturizer at the beginning and she never gave me any, just didn't really feel much of a positive customer service experience here. Would recommend other places more although they might be priced than this. For the price point I guess it got the job done, hopefully, we'll see how the results turn out.
