Swing I

• When: Starts 1st Wednesday of the month
• Time: 7:30 - 8:30
• Where: Elegance in Dance Studio, 8967 Kingsridge Drive, Miami Twp
• Cost: $8 per lesson or $25 for the month
• Student Price: $5 per lesson or $15 for the month with student ID

Description:

Each month we start at the very beginning. No partner or experience is necessary. Using basic steps and basic partner dance skills, we show you how to assemble easy-to-lead (and easy-to-follow) moves. Each class builds on the material learned in the previous week, so you're not going to be able to jump in later without prior experience. We alternate between Beginner Lindy Hop and Beginner Charleston. To see which one we'll be doing next, go to our calendar.

Swing II

• Same days, time, place, price, etc. as Swing I
• Prerequisites: Swing I completed comfortably in both Lindy and Charleston

Description:

We continue to build on what you know. We alternate between Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, Shag, and other special topics requested by our students. To see which one we'll be doing next, go to our calendar.
