Will I get the same maids or housekeepers every time?
Yes. We will do everything within our power to ensure that you get the same faces everytime. We value ourselves in providing you the maids you have become familiar with. Eventhough we have some employees that are temporary, we strive to make sure the cleaning job is always done correctly.
How much does your service costs?
Our pricing is completely individualized. With many years of experience it has helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter and even your lifestyle. That is why we like to meet with you before quoting you a price. Will my rate change everytime I use your services?
No. Tabby Cleaning Services can arrange a pre-set rate for weekly and bi-weekly cleanings. We work with our customers to make sure they are satisfied with our service and we strive to stay within their budgets.
What time will you come to my home?
Tabby Cleaning is able to be flexible to meet our customers' busy schedules. The most common homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. What happens if I need to reschedule or change an appointment time?
Please give our office a call to change an appointment. We ask that you give at least 48 hour notice for changes. If changes are made within that time, a $25 reschedule/cancelation fee may be added. Appointments are filled quickly, so last minute changes can waist every ones time.
Can I get a maid on the weekend?
Yes. We pride ourselves at being available to satisfy our customers' needs. The schedules change from time to time, so it is important to lock in your appointment time as soon as possible.
What happens if I'm not going to be home when the cleaning crew arrives?
There are several choices you have to remedy this problem.
1. You can let them in and leave. They will secure your home and set your alarm if needed.
2. You may leave a key with our office. We have a locked key box that is always secured.
3. If the home is vacant. We can use real estate lock box codes to access keys and secure them when the house cleaning has been completed.
Can I buy a gift certificate for a loved one to use your service?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, Paypal, Google CheckOut, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club. We can also set you up for ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) so you will not have remember to pay your house cleaning bill.

What if I'm not satisfied with my maid service?
Our maid services offer consistent, quality home cleaning. Like all new relationships, however, miscommunications occur and we may make a mistake. That's why we offer a house cleaning service guarantee, which mean if you notify our office within 24 hours, our house cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no charge.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry a 1,000,000.00 general liability insurance policy. We also provide our employees with workmans compensation insurance. This protects you as a home owner in the event that someone is injured while cleaning your home. It gives you the piece of mind so that you will not have to worry about those costly medical bills.
