Josh Adkins has a strong interest in pursuing Sports Management when his playing days are over, but based on the level of skill and effort that this 17-year-old brings to the rink every day, his post-playing days career might just be on hold for a long, long time. “Addy” toiled for the South Island Major Midget team last season, playing on a line with Panthers #9 Cole Glover. These two were one-two in team scoring and it is expected that Josh will continue this trend one more time this go around. He attended the Grizzlies Main camp and played in a couple Exhibition games before being released, but he undoubtedly will see action in the BCHL this season and beyond. Josh has NCAA aspirations and, if he keeps the desire he has right now, Panthers management fully believes he will get there in the next several years. He has a ton of confidence in his ability and Peninsula fans are in for a treat watching him this season. Josh’s brother is Ryan, his parents are Tom and Jackie.
