Yin class with Daleet was an absolute revelation, a profound journey transcending the typical yoga experience. Rebekah's power sessions, on the other hand, are an awe-inspiring test of your physical and mental resilience, regardless of your fitness level. Hot yoga here is like a sacred ritual where you pour sweat, push your boundaries, and unearth a reservoir of inner strength you never thought possible.
The warm and welcoming front desk team starts your visit on the right note. The well-maintained bathrooms, showers, and a post-workout haven are thoughtfully provided. A convenient water station, secure cubbies, and lockers ensure a hassle-free visit.
They generously offer 1.5 hours of free parking with validation. If that's not enough, you can try and find street parking by the meters nearby.
While it may be a more intimate studio than the one in Brentwood on Wilshire, don't be fooled by its size. It's a hidden gem that packs everything you need for a sensational hot yoga experience. Smaller, but just as mighty.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Oct 14, 2023
I love Hot 8 Yoga! The classes are challenging and the teachers are consistently excellent. I really love the Yin Yoga as a way to wind down. The studios are clean and towel/mat service is clutch. Easy parking in the garage across the street.

In the hot sculpt yoga class, I was surprised to be doing jumping jacks, squats, and jogging in place in a very hot room. I have experience with hot yoga generally but adding cardio to that in a room heated to over 100 degrees was over the top. Some folks in the room seemed to be into it, so this class might be for somebody but it was not for me.

Amazing teachers but a little too hot for me. Wish they did some non-hot classes. Very friendly and like a family.

I took Hot 8 yoga for the first time with Charlie for the sculpt class. I loved the pacing of the class as well as the music and sequencing. If I lived in LA i would be here every day!

Great team! - Maria H.Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, CA01May 23, 2023
I've been going to the studio for 4 years now and there's nothing that compares to the warmth (pun intended) you feel when you walk through the doors to be greeted everytime by the nicest people and then have a class in actually warm studio rooms with experienced passionate yoga teachers that guide one into the best yoga experience. I keep coming back because of the community, the facilities, the teachers, the value for money, and the RESULTS

The business the well developed and the instructors are great especially Meredith and Erin
My comment goes out to Dani the studio manager doesn't seem to lead a good example of management and customer service which shows and reflects on the front line staffHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - K I.Honolulu, HI21919May 11, 2022
Pretty mediocre experience.
PROS: showers at this location.
CONS: bathrooms dirty and messy af
PROS: yoga is actually hot?
CONS: rooms are perma-smelly and teachers are pretty awful. One of them almost let students pass out.
I don't want to return after that. That's not safe.
I bought an intro week, and it was nice to try out for the sweat. But my experience has been... not great at best.
0/10 do not recommend.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Nov 30, 2021
Great! I purchased the $8 unlimited week with them. I only went once but it was so worth it. Very great class but it does get REALLY HOT... I've been to other studios that were a bit cooler but this one I felt myself sweating buckets the whole class!
