“Harris automotive really took good care of us. We don't live around lawerence. My daughter was staying there for awhile when her car broke down. The part was no longer available, new or otherwise. Tom worked on the car on and off after hours and on the weekend until he found a way to make it work. Then he charged us less than $100! I was very relieved when he got her going again, and pleasantly surprised by the price. Thanks, Tom!”
“They are always very friendly and quick. I take my work vehicle to them always. I have never yet taken my personal vehicle there, but they i called them about servicing it they told me it didn't need the items I was interested in doing at that time done at the current mileage, so I feel that they are probably not trying to simply rip people off.
I will say that they seem somewhat expensive, but not compared to a dealer.
Anyways, i have recommended them a few times to other ppl. Check them out!”

“Honesty, Integrity. Knowledge. Bryan Harris Auto Repair and Bryan Harris possesses all these traits. He has saved me money numerous times by telling me what I don't need. He has the state of the art equipment, including software that recommends service based on mileage, age, and driving conditions of the vehicle. However. Bryan Harris is involved enough with his clients and knowledgeable enough that he will go over the standard recommendations, and tell the car owner what he really needs as well as things he doesn't need based on his knowledge of work performed in the past and other considerations. I never feel pressured to purchase a service I don't need.
You probably won't find bargain basement prices at Harris Auto Repair, but you will find very fair and reasonable prices that reflect the quality of the service (and will save you money in the long run). Bryan Harris stands behind his work.
Through not fault of his business, a part on one of my vehicles failed. It was a difficult to find part with many labor hours required to fix it. Bryan honored the warranty and fixed the part at no cost to me. This shows me he has integrity and is interested in keeping his customers coming back. My main office is in the Kansas City area and I live in Olathe. I also have an. office in Lawrence, and I am willing to drive my cars 30 miles to Lawrence if possible to ensure I will receive the quality service and expertise that Bryan Harris and Harris Auto Repair provide”
