Excellent facial! Loved the cinnomon they offer pre service. Went with a group and we all had appointments and everyone left very happy with their services! Will go back

I had the LED light therapy treatment, a very relaxing massage, and a beautiful manicure. First time ever getting a massage and I can confidently say that I will be back. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of color selection for nails! Was absolutely blown away by the atmosphere. The tranquility room truly is the perfect relaxation vibe. Make sure to checkout their specials! This review is NOT sponsored I truly just enjoyed my time here and it was well worth the money. Massage therapist Alaina was very kind and helped release so many knots in my back. She also gave me some tips such as having a pillow to support my back while studying. Love love love this place! Y'all absolutely rock!

I get a facial monthly, and it's amazing. It took me a couple of times to find my gal, but now we are on a roll. She gives me product recommendations without the pressure. She customizes each facial. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and professional. They make scheduling and rebooking super painless. My only complaint is the lounge area, I can't picture myself being there for more than one service. The chairs are not very comfortable and it's really just a waiting room. They provide coffee, water, and light snacks.

Excellent facial, professional service, and relaxing atmosphere! I spent a lot more than I initially planned from the effective upsells but I'm chalking it up to an early birthday present. Riley is truly the BEST esthetician I've ever had...her technique, pleasant & friendly personality, and the wonderful smelling products created the perfect spa vibe.

Happy birthday to me! My sister-in-law sent me a gift card so I had to try it! Wonderful experience. Great vibe. Facial was amazing and Jenna was a doll! And oh my that hydro massage table is my new fave. So much so, that I'm a subscriber now!

I can't figure out how to respond to the owner's reply but nope....I was never asked if I wanted to reschedule. And I ended up calling back after the original call because my sister had appointments at the exact same time as I did but after two hours still hadn't received a call saying that hers were canceled as well. When I called back to inquire if hers were canceled too, I was very rudely talked to. And in fact, my sister called a few days later to reschedule and whoever was on the desk wasn't nice to her and wasn't helpful at all.

Katie, thank you for expressing your concerns, we greatly appreciate feedback as this allows us to improve. We just want to clarify we did have a fire/flood August 2019, and the store next door flooded us almost 2 weeks ago. These are the only two incidences where we were forced to close both of which were out of our control. We apologize for having to cancel your services and do understand you were looking forward to your birthday appointments. We had hoped to reschedule your day but you had declined our offer. We apologize that you feel our guest service team member was rude as this is definitely not how we want to treat any of our guests. In the future, should you ever feel that your service time was not what is promised, please let us know so that we can rectify the situation. Thank you for being a member in the past, we would still love to get you rescheduled for your birthday services should you feel we can make it right.
Dec 18, 2023Previous reviewThe customer service is absolutely awful. I get things happen but in the last few years they've had 2 floods...and I think a fire at one point? Understandable they had to reschedule services and the first 2 times I felt awful for them.
This time when they canceled services (which was a total bummer since I had taken a whole workday off plus it was my birthday) the girl who called was a total snot. No other way of putting it. Truly, it takes a lot to get me worked up, especially around the holidays, but her attitude was atrocious.
I did also used to have a membership here but I canceled that a little bit ago because the services kept getting shorter and shorter. I paid for 50 minute service so I wasn't sure why I was getting a 40 minute service. It's slowly gone downhill since the pandemic when they had to stop services but still had us pay and we just racked up points. At the time , I just quietly canceled and let the front desk know that was the main reason.

I don't have a membership I just do t live close enough. But they do seem popular and the prices are far better with the membership. That aside.
The place is very calm. The service to the rooms is helpful and compassionate.
My service today was a wax. I had winter leg hair and she was so excited to remove it. I love seeing someone so excited about the work they do. Jenna was hands out fantastic. I had a monthly membership for a year and I'm surprised by the negative stars. I can honestly say I always looked forward to it! The people are friendly and informative. I went into Fuschia as my New Years resolution to learn skin care and the whole experience was exactly what I hoped it to be!

Bought a monthly membership here without even trying it out because of the good reviews. Such a good decision.! I went in for a facial and the experience was great. Beautiful space, amazing service and one of the best facials I've ever had. The professionalism and care is top notch. Can't wait for my next visit and I hope the positive experience continues.

We'll, I was excited to try this place out after getting a gift card for Christmas. I received a free sauna coupon too. When calling and trying to schedule, I was given attitude and told I can't use everything unless using all on one day. They are definitely into sales and pushing everything onto the customer than providing great spa service. I'll give my gift card away before stepping foot in here.
