I recently started getting facials with Jen to prepare for my upcoming wedding. She is so fun to talk to and does a great job; my skin feels super clean and refreshed afterward and is improving over time. She even ordered a particular product for the spa to use during my facial, for additional customization and results. She also does amazing little massages and such during the facial, which make me feel so relaxed. Finally, she has been really accommodating with scheduling. Will continue to return:)

I came here as a first timer for the Massage + Facial package after searching for local small business spas in my area. The staff is very communicative when it comes to scheduling and educating on types of appointments either through phone call, text or in person. My appointment was late in the evening and I was grateful that none of my services felt rushed or lacking even though I'm pretty sure I was the last one of the day.

My massage therapist was able to lull me to sleep with her fluid and varying pressures. I believe Jen was my esthetician and she helped me figure out what the best service would fit my facial needs, especially since it's been years since I got my last facial with someone. Overall I highly recommend them after my experience.

Happy to have found this salon spa on ClassPass! I booked a facial and arrived ~10 minutes before my appointment to fill out some paperwork. In the business complex, the spa is located on the first floor of the business park.
Anna was amazing with my facial. She asked about what I was currently using and what type of skin I had. The facial was customized to what issues she saw with my skin. I also loved the scalp massage portion, as I've never had a scalp massage as part of a facial before. I left with soft & glowing skin. I'll definitely be back again!

I really wanted to enjoy this place but unfortunately my time there turned into a fiasco. I purchased a Groupon for a facial and massage and was able to book an appointment easily over the phone. I took the time to drive out to Bellevue for my spa day (which I was very much looking forward to) and when I showed, I was told my massage therapist was running slightly behind and that I'd be getting my facial first. Of course that wasn't a problem and I proceeded to receive a fabulous facial. However that's when the real trouble happened. After the facial was finished, I was informed that the massage therapist was a no-show to my booked appointment. Since it was a Groupon and I had already purchased the services, I was told I could rebook the massage for another day/time or receive a different service but that I'd have to book that on a separate day as well. By that time, I was already slightly frustrated about what had transpired and was disappointed as the massage is what I was looking forward to most. Booking was easy, esthetician was friendly and performed a good facial, but the lack of professionalism on the other therapists part has deterred me from coming back, unfortunately.

Chill is so hard to find, but I found it here, with Angie as my masseuse!

I highly recommend calling and making an appointment specifically with her, because she knows how to give you the most thorough massage for your money!

She is super friendly, experienced, and knows exactly what she's doing.

I came back three times after my first massage just to have her work out the tension in my back and shoulders, and I feel amazing!

I'm always shaking like jelly cuz I'm so relaxed afterwards!

Finding massage therapists who really listen to what you want them to focus on, and can find the sweet spot for pressure (hard enough to be effective, but not so hard that you feel like you got beaten up after) is really hard. I've had 2 massages here with different therapists, and both of them nailed it.
The prices are also super reasonable, which makes the relaxing spa ambiance a really pleasant surprise. I don't think you could find a better value in the Seattle area.

Had one of the best facials ever with Anna. My 54 year old skin was glowing. Their specials are awesome and so much more affordable than my old spa. While you don't get the same experience as a large spa with relaxation rooms, I would much rather give my business to a smaller spa that still provides an excellent service. They use Phytomer products.

Booked a massage about 1 month ago. Massage itself was decent, no true complaints about it. However, my main issue was with my Spa Week gift card ($50) getting declined by the staff. Essentially, I had booked the massage with the intent of using the gift card since I don't like to spend that much money on these sorts of self-care activities. I had texted the number posted on their website to confirm that they still accepted these gift cards since I don't have the means to pay full price. They responded "Yes, we accept." So I booked my massage, and upon paying and showing my gift card, my masseuse said that they no longer take that form of payment. I told her that I even texted ahead of time to confirm that this payment was accepted, and Maelynn (masseuse) said that she didn't even know how to process the gift card on her end. I was very disappointed, and she said I could email the store manager. I emailed a couple weeks after around Christmas time, to which I have still not gotten a response (even after a follow up email). It is very disappointing because the massage itself wasn't terrible, but it is the customer service that has left a negative impact on me as it is a privilege to be able to do these sorts of things. Hoping to be enlightened by the manager sometime soon :/

I had my eyelashes done using a Groupon. I had never been to HTS before, but I will be returning! It was a relaxing atmosphere, and the woman who did my lashes is great at what she does! I felt no discomfort from the tape or stinging from the glue (which unfortunately has been my experience at other spas) -- in fact, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! The process was quick and efficient, and the end result was stunning!
