TUMBLING CLASS PROGRAM

Eagle's Wings Athletics offers recreational classes for anyone with the desire to tumble. Our tumbling classes are for ages 6 and up and focus on basic tumbling skills all the way to the most advanced tumbling skills. The focus of our recreational classes is to build skills as well as self-esteem. The program is geared toward teaching the basic skills on each of the events, while developing strength and flexibility. We offer an 8:1 student/teacher ratio.

*Please wear a shirt that is either tight enough that it won't come up while upside down, or a shirt that is long enough to be tucked in.

Back Handspring Only:
Weekly – 30 Minute Class

Ages 6+. This class focuses on back handsprings only and is great for athletes who want to do cheerleading.   Students will use the floor, trampoline and tumble trax to better their tumbling skills.

Level 1:
Weekly – 55 Minute Class

Ages 6+. This class focuses on cartwheels, round offs, handstands and the basics of tumbling. This class is for the beginner with little to no tumbling experience.  Students will use the floor, trampoline and tumble trax to better their tumbling skills.

Level 2:
Weekly – 55 Minute Class

Ages 6+. This class focuses on back handsprings. This class is for students that have their cartwheel and roundoff. It’s a perfect for cheerleaders. Students will use the floor, trampoline and tumble trax to better their tumbling skills.

Level 3:
Weekly – 55 Minute Class

Ages 6 & up. This class is for students that have a back handspring without assistance. Students will work on multiple back handsprings, flips, standing backs and front tumbling. This class is ideal for the cheerleader or student with intermediate skills.  Please note that you must be approved prior to signing up for this class online.

Level 4:
Weekly – 55 Minute Class

Ages 6 & up. This class is for the more advanced tumbler. Students must have a round off back handspring back and a standing back handspring without assistance on the floor. Students will work on multiple back handsprings, flips with twists and front tumbling. This class is ideal for the cheerleader or student with advanced skills.  Please note that you must be approved prior to signing up for this class online.

Ultimate Cheer Tumble:
Monday - Thursday – 55 Minute Class

Ultimate Cheer Tumble- this class is for all levels of tumblers.  It will teach them the basics all the way up to upper level tumbling.  Good for cheerleaders of all levels.  You can come to any or all of the 4 days this is offered for one low price.
