Byron finished his four-year career with the Wildcats in 2014. He appeared in 102 career games at Weber State. He knocked down 75 3-pointers and scored more than 500 career points.

2013-14 (Senior)
Saw action in 21 games for the Wildcats during the season and started one game...Was part of the WSU team that won the Big Sky title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament...Scored a season-high 10 points in a key non-conference road win at North Dakota...Also had nine points in a win over Saint Katherine...Shot 8 of 19 from 3-point land during the season and shot 56.7 percent overall from the field.

2012-13 (Junior)
Saw action in 17 games for the Wildcats during WSU’s record-setting 30-7 season...Averaged 1.9 points and 1.3 rebounds in 5.6 minutes of play on the year...Scored a season-high nine points in WSU’s Big Sky opening win at Eastern Washington in December...Scored five points in wins over the Southwest, Portland State and Cal Poly...Shot 44 percent from the field and knocked down seven three-pointers on the year.

2011-12 (Sophomore)
Appeared in all 32 games for the Wildcats, one of five players to play in every game...Averaged 7.2 points per game during the season...Scored in double figures 11 times during the year...Tied his career-high with 17 points in WSU’s road win at Montana State on Feb. 15...Also scored 16 against Eastern Washington and 15 against Idaho State, both wins for the Wildcats...WSU was 9-2 in the 11 games he scored in double figures...Averaged 4.3 rebounds per game, fourth best on the Wildcat team...Pulled down a career-high of 13 rebounds against Montana State and had 10 at Northern Arizona...Finished seventh in the Big Sky in three-point field goal percentage at 42.9 percent...Knocked down multiple three-pointers in seven games...Led the Big Sky in three-point percentage in conference games only at 50 percent, shooting 20-40 from beyond the arc in league games...Shot 44.9 percent from the field and 65 percent from the free throw line.

2010-11 (Freshman)
Earned Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year honors for his play during the season...Joins Ryan Jama, Stephan Bachmann and Damian Lillard as the only four Wildcats to ever earn Big Sky Freshman of the Year honors...Byron appeared in all 32 games for the Wildcats during the season, one of five players to appear in every game...Started two games during the season...Averaged 19 minutes per game...Averaged 7.0 points and 3.5 rebounds on the season...Scored in double figures 11 times on the year, including a season-high of 17 points in WSU’s win over Sacramento State Jan. 13...Followed that up with 16 points, the next game against Idaho State...Also tied his season-high with nine rebounds in that game against the Bengals and had nine in a win over Portland State Feb. 16...Pulled down five or more rebounds in nine games on the year...Shot 44 percent from the field and 48 percent from three-point land, finishing 24-50 from beyond-the-arc...Shot 71 percent from the free throw line.

2009-10
Sat out the season as a red-shirt freshman after signing with the Wildcats in November 2008.

Saint Mary’s High School
Helped Coach Dave Lopez’s Saint Mary’s High team to the 2009 Arizona 5A-1 state championship...Team won four conference championships during his tenure...Earned All-State honors in 2009... Averaged 16 points and just over 11 rebounds per game as a senior...Comes out of the same high school program which produced NBA players Channing Frye and Jarred Bayless.
