We are the only club in the area with open gym time, PLUS a complete schedule of boxing classes – more than 60 per week – and they’re all included in your membership.

FREE TRIAL LESSON

Don’t worry, no one’s gonna beat you up, but, boy, are you gonna sweat. You don’t need to be in perfect shape for your one-hour Free Trial Lesson or have prior boxing experience – just bring some workout clothes, and we’ll provide the rest. A Ring Boxing Club coach will teach you the basics and give you a taste of a pro-boxer’s workout. When you’re done we’ll give you a Free Week to come back and check out our classes, and you’ll see for yourself just how addicting this boxing stuff can be

12 ROUND BOXING WORKOUT


Here is your chance to haul off and hit something. We have combined the components of a professional boxer’s workout with extreme fitness drills. You will burn more calories – up to 1,000 per hour – and build more muscle definition than any other workout in the shortest amount of time. Kiss your boring weights and cardio machines good-bye.

TECHNIQUE WORKOUT

This is the class that will teach you how to really move like a boxer. Don’t get us wrong, the Technique Workout will still make you sweat, but the focus is on fine-tuning your punches, blocks, movement, and footwork. You will learn the dynamics of offense and defense, making you the most efficient and effective boxer possible.

KRAV MAGA SELF-DEFENSE

In today’s world, you should know how to protect yourself on the street, whether you’re a freshman just leaving home, or a veteran city dweller. The Ring’s unique self-defense program combines boxing with Krav Maga, the official self-defense system of the Israeli army, used by police departments across the US, as well as the FBI, Secret Service, and the US Armed Forces. You’ll learn simple and practical self-defense techniques to guard yourself against real-world dangers and stay safe in an urban environment.

SHADOWBOXING TECHNIQUE WORKOUT

Shadowboxing is essential to your development as a boxer — plus it’s a hell of a workout. You’ll throw punches and practice footwork in front of the mirror, then put it all together on the heavy bag – turning you into a lean, mean fighting machine. This hybrid workout is ultra efficient – focusing on technique and cardio – all at the same time.

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR BOXERS

As the saying goes, you can’t build a house on toothpicks. We’ll show you how to develop better stamina and balance, then add more speed and power to your punches from the ground up. In this class you gain functional strength and put on lean muscle – in other words, this class gets you jacked.

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS CLINIC

Want to jab like Ali? Hook like Frasier? Move like Sugar Ray? Then it is time to study the theory behind the sweet science – not just the how, but the why. This clinic is not a workout, so you will have plenty of time to ask questions and concentrate on your boxing form. Everyone can benefit from this clinic, whether you’re new to boxing or planning on going pro.

SPARRING 1

You get a real boxing experience — minus the black eye – as you gain skill and confidence in this non-contact, beginners sparring class. The focus is on your technique and how to apply it to actual offensive and defensive situations. Partner drills focus on movement, strategy, style, control, and punch combinations.

( NO SPARRING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – PARTICIPATION IS OPTIONAL )

SPARRING 2

Take your boxing education to the next level and work one-on-one with a coach in your first contact class. Whether you want to learn self-defense or prepare for competition, sparring offers an adrenaline rush like no other – plus, it’s an unparalleled workout. Members will need mouthpiece, headgear, and sparring gloves. Equipment packages are available at the front desk.

SPARRING 3 TEAM TRAINING

The closest thing to Fight Club around, except you can actually talk about it. Whether you are looking to test yourself, or prepare for competition, you will put the pieces together in this full contact class. Coaches match up members according to weight and experience, but unlike a competition, there is no winner or loser in sparring. These closely supervised sessions are educational and a prerequisite to participate in our in-house exhibitions. Members will need mouthpiece, headgear, and sparring gloves. Equipment packages are available at the front desk.

KIDS’ CLASS

Does Junior want to get in on the action? We got you covered. The Kids’ Class is not about turning kids into pro fighters — more about having fun. They get a phenomenal workout that improves fitness, coordination, and most importantly, self-esteem. Don’t worry, Mom, this is a non-contact class. Want a piece of the action too? Sign up for a Free Trial Lesson with your kid and suddenly you’re the coolest parent in the school.
