A recent major renovation has expanded the dance floor and the stage. One highlight is “Show: The Supper Club,” a live show that changes every three weeks and has a dinner menu that matches the theme of the show.
Claim to fame: Nighttime is when Sutra comes alive as one of the area’s hottest dance clubs. It’s one of Orange County’s hot places to be seen. VIP treatment such as bottle service make guests feel like they have a personal bar at their table, according to Sutra’s Web site.
Inside scoop: “We are primarily hip-hop, Top 40, mash-up and electro-house on Thursdays and Saturdays. (We are) pulling from some of the best DJs around. We also pull in a lot of national acts. We have a large dance floor, but we let people dance wherever they can find space. We have a very strong female following.
