An Outstanding Workout Tailored to Meet My Needs
For years, I was a member of the CFC outdoor conditioning class. I stayed in the class until I was seven months pregnant and vowed to go back once I was able to exercise after the C-Section. However, after having the baby and getting into the "Mom-routine," attending class at 6AM was not an option. I tried to structure a program for myself, but was not seeing results.
I began working out with a CFC trainer who comes to my house two times a week. She is creative and flexible, and every workout, she pushes me to focus on form and work as hard as I can. She sends me follow up emails during the week to ensure that I am getting doing cardio on my own in between our sessions. I have become stronger, faster, healthier and most importantly, I am eight pounds away from my pre-baby weight. I couldn't be more pleased with CFC and I can honestly say that they have developed a fitness program for me that fits my lifestyle.
