I have been a long time customer of St. Thomas Roasters. I try to stop in at least a couple of times a month. The coffee is excellent. Like to pair the dark roast coffee of the day with a treat from the pastry case. Nice to sit outside in good weather or inside if cold or wet. Also like to get coffee beans to take home. Bali Blue is favorite dark roast and Tanzania Peaberry for when I want a lighter roast.

Excellent coffee. A huge variety of choices. I had their PB Mocha frozen. Less PB and more mocha, but still delicious & worth a try. To noisy inside when close to full. Outside seating available & covered.
Had a cinnamon walnut coffee cake that is Delicious! It was the perfect consistency, soft with a little crunch.
My food & drink were hand delivered not just reached over a counter or worse: called out by number. Fabulous service!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 15, 2023
Local independent coffee shop. Fun interior with comfy seating. Had a banana swirl coffee cake that was very good - dense and just the right sweetness. My London Fog was the best I have had in the Harrisburg area.

Skip the chain (bad tasting) coffee shops down the road and make St. Thomas Roasters your new go-to place for coffee! STR is your wonderful small town coffee shop, which roasts their beans to amazing blends and coffees! In addition to purchasing their in house roasted coffee, STR offers a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, customized to your liking. The price for specialty coffees is also significantly less than the chain shops.
To accompany your drink, multiple snack/breakfast items are available from quiche and muffins to sandwiches and stuffed croissants. Indoors is a small seating section, but outside they have a nice deck and a covered/heated seating section to relax and enjoy your coffee and treats!
Service is always prompt and friendly!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Krista P.Linglestown, PA833Sep 23, 2022
High quality coffee, friendly service, and amazing ambiance inside. Not only do they sell to those who walk in the door, but they support the community such as local hospitals too!
Easy to grab coffee on the run but many, including myself, love to sit and sip for awhile.
Inside, there are a variety of seating options to choose from. Outside, you can enjoy the front porch, a patio if you're looking to catch some sunshine, or the outdoor tent to retreat if it starts to rain.
Highly recommend this sweet hidden gem in the heart of Linglestown.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aaron S.Harrisburg, PA07Jul 12, 2023
Grateful for this local coffee shop! Nice spot to meet friends, with indoor and outdoor seating. Offering good coffee & yummy treats (sweet & savory). Quiche is delish! Employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Love the ambiance inside, though it can get noisy quickly. Outdoor seating is enclosed (and heated when appropriate) so don't let rain or chilly temps stop you.

Local coffee house, with a relaxing vibe, great on the spot fresh roasted coffee. And the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Super popular spot in historic linglestown. I went on a Sunday morning and the place was absolutely packed. They had plenty of seating both indoor and outdoors which was great! I got a regular mocha and chocolate croissant. The mocha is why the place got 3 stars. I've had a lot of mochas especially recently and this was one of the worst ones I've had. Instead of tasting like mocha syrup with espresso and steamed milk, it tasted like watery coffee with mocha sauce and some creamer. I'm not sure if they decided to take a short cut since they were so busy but this drink did not taste like it has any espresso. The size I got for the price was reasonable but the taste was such a disappointment.
The chocolate croissant on the other hand was pretty good. They warmed it up for me so the chocolate was nice and melted which is my favorite. The croissant itself was just a little too touch, not as soft and buttery as I would have liked. But overall, I was happy with the croissant.
I want to return to try another espresso drink to see if this is the standard to expect. I love the eclectic small town vibe of the decor and it's a great place to meet for some coffee and brunch.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Allison C.Harrisburg, PA010Aug 2, 2022
The best coffee shop around our area. It is the cutest shop in the heart of Linglestown and the owner and workers are super personable and friendly. I always have a good experience here. The coffee is so fresh and the specialty drinks are delicious. They roast their own beans in house. The Grammy panini is also a go to for me if I stop around lunch time.

Best coffee in town. Pam and Geoff have been churning out delicious beans in a historic roaster for decades.
I love to sit on the porch with my dog and guitar and get absolutely torqued and zooted on delicious, high quality juice. Refills are only fifty cents! The cocoa dust blend is absolutely delicious, especially with some cream, honey, and maybe a slug of highland Scotch. I didn't say that. Did you?
Anyway, come down to this Linglestown institution and have a cup or ten. There's often live music as well!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0
