Best Rock Climbing Walls In The Sacramento Area

If you've ever wondered what it would be like to be part of a real-life cliff hanger, wait no more.  You can experience the thrill of rock climbing and get some great exercise in a safe way.  Climbers are secured with a safety harness to a climbing rope and then begin climbing up the wall using their hands and feet to grasp 'climbing holds'.  Whether you are a novice or an experienced climber, you can improve your strength and balance.  It's also mentally challenging.
