The Milltop Tavern & Listening Room

Our party of 7 had a good experience here. We had great service & good food. My Blackened chicken sandwich had good flavor & I loved that the chicken was really thin & well done. My husband had basic chicken nachos but liked them. There was a live band but it wasn't overpowering.

I will note that you go up the steps to be seated & the bathrooms were down the steps. Just incase that may be an issue.

Whenever my husband and I visit St.,Augustine we always have lunch at the Milltop!
The atmosphere is relaxed and the location is right in the heart of the little shopping area, across from the picturesque water.

The live music is always great, and the staff has always been phenomenal. Our drinks are always topped off, and we are always offered another beer before our glass is empty.

Today we just had several different apps to snack on. My husband said his Buffalo wings were great and the loaded fries and pretzel bites were delicious.

Next time you go to St. Augustine be sure to check this place out!

I stumbled into Mill Top while hearing live music from St. George Street below. Grabbed a spot at the bar where Harley was working, and had an absolute blast. If you're looking for a historic bar that has great live music selections, cold beer and wings, this is your place to go. Harley was fantastic as a bartender, service was super attentive, and honestly it was a super entertaining time. I can't wait to come back! Thanks Harley and Mill Top!

Stopped by here on our last night in St Augustine. The singer was Ashton Taylor. She was amazing. Such a beautiful voice. Our server was great. We got the nachos with brisket. Recommend by our server. So good and tasty.

This was a quick pit stop to escape the crazy heat outside and get a little refreshing cocktail. This is also a place my dad has been to for many years, so he had a chance to share some fond memories during our pit stop.

The bartender was funny and friendly. This definitely isn't the 'buttoned-up' service you might expect at other places on St. George St! Jim G. and I grabbed a drink and headed to the balcony with my dad for some great people watching. As a few others have mentioned, the speakers on the balcony are SUPER loud, but that is also how they are luring people in.

The music was good, the drinks had a good pour on them, and it was nice to take a little break in the shade. This was a very enjoyable stop, especially for midday on a Monday!

Fun stop on the main street for some live music.
Had a cocktail and listened to the music.
It sounded really good, with a lot of well know classics.

Upstairs balcony was cool too for people watching.

Tony and I stopped at the Mill Top Tavern in St Augustine Florida on Historical George Street. We stopped to cool off because it was like 90 degrees outside and Tony wanted a beer. I ordered Iced Tea Half-Half and he got a Budweiser. It was very nice inside. Cool and refreshing to get off the hot street. Service was nice and bartender friendly.

This is a neat bar with good drinks and live entertainment. Located up stairs along St. George Street, with a nice balcony overlooking the street.

Beer was cold and bartender accommodating.

Great place to relax while visiting America's oldest city.

They do have a limited food menu, but we didn't try it.

Music was solo, guitarist, singing classic country. Sound was piped through the place. A touch loud on the balcony, but enjoyable.

My wife went in great music and atmosphere but unfortunately it only takes one person to ruin it her name is Mia if you can avoid her please do. I asked for wings rudely coul not do all flats so I cancelled the orders and she replied oh my fucking god no joke I wish I was kidding very young but still no excuse. Still gave her a nice tip and left. I recommend the place but not her. Please avoid her at all cost...
