Theatre Cambrian's production of Singin' in the Rain is “a surefire way to cure the winter blahs,” stated a press release from the theatre company.
The musical, based on the movie, follows two silent-film stars whose careers are at stake as the studio they work for transforms into a photography and musical production company.
All would be well, except for the fact that silent-star Lina Lamont can't sing, dance or act.
Her co-star, Don Lockwood, calls her a “triple threat.”
Luckily, Don befriends a women to voice-in for Lina.
The production runs from Feb. 10 to 26, except Mondays. Tickets cost $28 for adults, $22 for students and seniors and $17 for children 13 and under.
