Drop-In and FlexiFun Pass Pack rates are not applicable to Workshop or other Specialty Classes.

Each additional sibling member living under the same household can receive 25% discount for a FlexiFun Pass Pack purchase. Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.

CLIENT REWARDS: EARN POINTS AS YOU PRACTICE

We love that you love helping us with client referrals! As a thank you, you will receive points for every referral that you send to kidsrevolving. Each point earns you a $20 credit on your account! Your points are redeemable for credit towards future FlexiFun Pass Pack purchases. You do not need to do anything to activate this benefit - you are already earning points every time a new client lists you as the referral source.

Refer five friends (5 points) and as our super special thanks, you will earn an EXTRA $120 credit towards future FlexiFun Pass Pack purchases.

*** To qualify for Client Rewards you must already be registered as a FlexiFun Pass Pack client. Only one referral program point system is applicable per family enrollment.

POLICIES, MAKE-UP CLASSES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

FlexiFun Pass Pack clients must call ahead of time to reserve a class.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no extensions of membership terms, except as specifically provided in a contract.

If you are a FlexiFun Pass Pack client, we request that you notify us of cancellations 4 hours prior to your class in order to potentially qualify for a make up class based on future availability. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your account accordingly.

Make up classes must be attended within two months from date of cancellation. There are no rollover options. You must call to schedule your make up class.

kidsrevolving reserves the right to combine or cancel classes.

There is a $45 charge for returned checks.

Rescheduling a private session or workshop requires 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the session/workshop.
