CLASS SCHEDULE

There are two ways to yoga with us using your Membership, Yoga Class Pass, or a Drop-In fee:

1. In Studio
2. Online (live stream or video recording)

CLASSES:
IN STUDIO & ONLINE

1. SIGN IN for the class on Momence (or download the Momence app on Apple App Store or Google Play).  Use your Unlimited Membership, Yoga Class Pass, or a Drop-In fee to access your favorite classes led by our amazing and dedicated teachers.

2. ONLINE BOOKING closes 15mins before each class.  Advance booking online is required for all classes.

3. CANCELLATIONS can be made up to 15mins before class begins (please cancel via your Momence account.  In the event that you cannot cancel online please email novayogainfo@gmail.com).  Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a the loss of the class on your Pass or a $10 charge if you have a Membership (this applies to In Studio classes and Online classes: both the online stream and video recording).

IN STUDIO CLASS INFORMATION

  • Studio doors open 10 minutes before the class begins (late comers will not be permitted entry)
  • Yoga mats and props are available to use free of charge
  • Classes will be live-streamed so other yogis can join in online
  • Please make all Membership, Class Pass, and Drop In purchases online

 

ONLINE CLASS INFORMATION (LIVE STREAM OR VIDEO RECORDING)

  • Can’t make the livestream in read time?  A link to the video recording will be emailed to you for 48hr access.
  • You can access the livestream in real time in two ways:
    (A) Click the Zoom link that will be emailed to you 1hr before the class begins
    OR
    (B) Log into your Momence account, click on the upcoming class that you booked, and click the link that says JOIN LIVESTREAM or LAUNCH EVENT.
  • You will be admitted to the Zoom class once the teacher begins the Zoom meeting (approximately 1 minute before class begins).
  • Please note: our cancellation/no-show policy applies for online classes as well (you will be required to sign into Zoom to view the recording and we will be taking attendance for the live stream and the video recording views).

PEACE FLOW

A delicious slow flow class focused on restoring peace and chilling out! We’ll begin with a guided meditation, move through a short standing flow, and then take it down to the mat for those lots of juicy stretching, lengthening, pranayama, and relaxation. Note: NO Planks or Downdogs included. Option to bring an eye pillow for Savasana (relaxation).

Who is this class for?
Those looking for a gentle flow, without weight-bearing postures, to relax, improve flexibility, and range of motion. Open to students of all levels of practice, including Beginners.

FLOW FUNDAMENTALS

(Formerly Classic Flow)  Get back to the basics with this flow class designed to help you feel centered, focused, and restored.  Create heat in the body through movement and enjoy improving strength, flexibility, and balance. This class will include more alignment cues, instructional language, and guidance to help you feel more confident in your practice. 
 
Who is this class for? 
Yogis who are looking for a well-rounded flow yoga class with more alignment cues and instruction.  Open to all levels of experience, including Beginners.
Level 1

FLOW & CHILL

(Formerly Happy Hour Flow) This flow class is an awesome addition to your day: a well-rounded, moderately-paced flow class that offers a delicious mix of strength, stretch, & balance.  And the cherry on top: a guided meditation or an extra long Savasana (relaxation)!  Sweat it out, let it go, and chill hard. 

Who is this class for?
Those looking to flow, improve strength, and increase flexibility.  This classis suitable for those who have been practicing Vinyasa/Flow for at least 6 months.

Level 1/2

LUNCH FLOW

A great to way rejuvenate in the middle of your day! In this shorter flow class you will work to shake off stress, boost energy, and find centre before heading out into the rest of your day.
 
Who is this class for?
Those looking to improve flexibility and increase strength.  Suitable for people who have been practicing for at least 6 months.
Level 1/2

CORE STRENGTH FLOW

Based on the teachings of Sadie Nardini, founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, this energizing class focuses on cultivating core strength.  Explore what it means to move from centre as you engage in challenge poses and fiery flow.

 

Who is this class for?
Those looking to build core strength and experience a challenging, adventurous class.  This class is suitable for students who have been practicing Vinyasa/Flow yoga for at least 1 year

Level 2/3

EMPOWER FLOW

(Formerly Mixed Flow)  A great mix of flow, strengthening, and stretchy goodness to leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. This class moves at a fluid pace and includes creative flow and options for challenge poses to strengthen, ground, and empower the self.

Who is this class for?
Those looking for a challenging practice with the option to practice arm balances and inversions.  Suitable for yogis who have been practicing Vinyasa/Flow yoga for at least 1 year.

Level 2

HONEY FLOW

(Formerly Deep Chill Vinyasa)  Bliss is this! Enjoy a mix of strengthening & stretchy goodness in this sticky-sweet and delicious offering. Get moving with some feel-good flow then slide into yummy longer holds in your favorite floor-based postures. Grab your bolster, blanket, and eye pillow and drift into the sweetness of Savasana! This class may also include Pranayama, Meditation, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.
 
Who is this class for?
Anyone interested in a chill flow class that includes strength-building and flexibility.  Suitable for those who have been practicing Vinyasa/Flow for at least 6 months.
Level 1/2

YIN

Create space and ease with long held floor postures that relax the muscles and target the deep connective tissues of the body. Yin Yoga is a grounding and meditative practice and a beautiful way to balance an active life or Yang-style yoga practice.

Who is this class for?
People who are interested in improving flexibility and those who are seeking a quiet, more contemplative practice.  Open to all levels of experiences, including Beginners.

YIN/YANG

The best of both worlds! Enjoy the sweetness of your Yin practice followed by an energizing Yang flow to prepare you for your day.

Who is this class for?
Those looking to improve flexibility and increase strength.  Suitable for people who have been practicing for at least 6 months.
