Our Hassle-Free Guarantee
We are proud of our personalized art and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If there is a defect in the workmanship, the item is damaged in shipping, or there is a personalization error made on the part of Personal-Prints, your order will be promptly replaced or refunded at no additional charge. It is a hassle-free guarantee, as you don't need to submit a return. We just ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, submit a photo of the defect so we can learn from an error, and your refund/replacement will be issued. If you wish to return a non-defective print, we do not accept returns on customized gifts. However, we will accept returns for non-customized items in new condition. Unless otherwise specified, all prints are guaranteed to ship from our Colorado facility within two to three business days of your order submission... you can't rush awesomeness.

Personal-Prints is a family owned art publishing company. It began in 1998 in the home of nationally renowned artist Scott Kennedy with a single personalized art print titled "Love Birds". Our collection of personalized art, framed art paintings, and monogrammed wall art now includes over 100 unique personalized prints that encompass a growing and wide variety of subjects and styles. Each print is a one-of-a-kind, personal creation that allows you to have a connection and tell your story through the artwork by having your name and/or photo as a part of the image. Every aspect of our products are made in the USA. Consequently, we are equipped to handle every level of the product, from its creation to the time it is shipped to you. This allows for the highest quality control at every part of the process.
