Hot Yoga is a series of traditional hatha yoga poses and breathing exercises, performed in a heated room. Room temperature is heated to approximately 105° F.

Every class is a beginner’s yoga class – there are no advanced classes – and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

TRADITIONAL HOT 60 YOGA

Hot Yoga is a series of traditional hatha yoga poses and breathing exercises, suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches, strengthens and prepares specific muscles, ligaments, and joints needed for the next posture. The method also stimulates the organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100 percent of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order. Our class offerings deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body, in order to prevent illness. injury, promote weight loss, and limit the effects of aging. Hot Yoga is done in a heated room to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout and cleanse the body by flushing toxins

HOT 60 MINUTE FLOW WITH MUSIC

This hot yoga class is set to music and combines the familiar poses of our Hot Yoga 60 min class with traditional “flow” postures that will add a little more challenge to your upper body and core muscles. Open your mind and body with a few new standing poses gracefully threaded through the framework of our beloved 60-minute class sequence. Relax with the familiar and try something new in our 60-minute Hot row with Music class. the best of both worlds set to music! Beginners welcome.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body-the tendons, fascia, and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas. that are held for longer periods of time. Done in a heated room. Class is 60 min.

VINYASA YOGA

This class delivers alignment of breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing form of yoga. It’s perfect if you want to increase strength. stamina. and flexibility. All levels welcome. Room heated to 90 degrees. Cardio is an important part of any fitness routine. The continuous sequence of Vinyasa yoga is great for getting your heart going, even when the pace is relatively slow. The only ‘break’ you’ll get is in resting poses like Downward Dog, which will lead right into another, more challenging pose. This style of yoga is great for working up a sweat. Beginners welcome.
