Stay away from these RACISTS!!! I am Asian and was discriminated at this place when they asked me to comb my own hair only because it's tangled. They kept asking me if I had glue in my hair and made fun of me. They said that i'd have to do it myself and refused to serve me otherwise. When I asked them for a solution, they brought up a black girl story..

I went in for partial highlights. The first time with a Groupon. I'm unemployed and could no longer afford the salon I had been going to. If using a Groupon call before purchasing. Questions can be answered. Olga did my hair, the highlights were amazing. I have never received complements like that. Yesterday 4 months later I went back. They only take the Groupon once but price is really great. Olga is very interesting and I've never had better highlights.

Olga was Great! Very cute and helpful with everything hair related as mine needed life! Good people and Great Hair stylist!

Daniel is the massage therapist and this is the first time that I profusely chit chat with the person during my massage. He is just such a knowledgeable guy, I love hearing all these tips and tricks that he knows regarding how I can better take care of my body and avoid pain and injury. Dalia is the pedicure person and she is more quiet but very sweet. I am very pleased with my visits and am so happy to have discovered a place where I can get multiple services done each month! I highly recommend Ambience Salon, It is a great "one stop shop" for many services!

You never really know how dirty your face is until a professional gives you a good scrubbing. The package I chose was a men's facial that included a deep cleanser, exfoliation for ingrown hairs and breakouts, blackhead/white head removal and a mask.

Dalia the amazing skin care professional was super nice and educated me on proper skin care maintenance. It was a detailed process considering it was my first facial so I can only imagine what build up had been living on my face.

Very relaxing experience on a heated bed with blankets. I could have totally taken a nap it felt great. Dalia is knowledgable and answered my questions. As mentioned before I am un-educated when it comes to this industry. The private room has enchanting soft music and fully stocked with skin equipment.

Overall it was a stellar first time visit. I re-booked for another facial. There is additional parking in the back of the building.

I was so excited to give this place a try. I received a groupon for Mothers Day and I couldn't wait to use it based off the reviews. Well i'm disappointed. The first time I called, she told me the latest appt is 6:15pm (their hours are till 8) They would not be able to take me at 7pm I'd have to come in on a weekend. Sadly, 6:15 wouldn't work because I'm at the office all day.

After I made arrangements at home so I could schedule a weekend, no one returned my calls or they no longer answer the phone to make an appt. Now, my groupon is expired and my hubby just wasted his money.

So disappointing.

I got my lashes done with Gabby and had the BEST experience. She fit me into her schedule before my vacation on a really short notice. She listened exactly to what I wanted and delivered the exact look I asked her for! She's so gentle and the glue she uses does not burn at all! Barely any lashes have fallen off and my service was almost a week ago! I will definitely keep seeing her for my lash fills and would recommend for everyone to book with her. She's truly a professional and will give you beautiful lash extensions and most importantly will listen to you and give you the lash look you are looking for!!

I went there for a pedicure. From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed. A stylist asked what I needed, when I told her I had an appt. she looked me up on the computer and then said follow me. She took me upstairs and told Dalia (I think was her name) that I was there. Dalia seemed upset that I was early and told me she was still with a client. I said its ok I know I am early.

It was hot and uncomfortable. The pedicure is one of the worst I have ever had. I did not feel welcomed and received a really bad pedicure. I would not return and they are literally a block from my house.

If you're looking for eyelash extensions, steer clear of Ambience! I went in for a natural look and came out looking like a drag queen who did their makeup in the pitch dark. I couldn't wear glasses bc of how long they were. They were so clumpy looking that everyone who saw me told me they were "too dramatic" aka: BAD. I ended up having to trim them so I could wear my glasses. Oh and even with following instructions, eyelashes started falling out 2 hours later. Not 1-2 here or there either. I looked down at my laptop and saw about 20 clumps. I am so disappointed this was my first eyelash extension experience. It has turned me away from any future places. She stated she wasn't licensed and now I believe it. I've spent 5 days trying to make them look semi-normal which is even more time-consuming than applying mascara which this was supposed to eliminate.

This is my favorite salon and day spa. All your spa needs in one relaxing place. Hair, nails, facials, waxing, and lash extensions. Highly recommend all the services that are available. I had my pedicure, manicure, color touch up with hair cut today. Amazing customer service
