Sauvage Salon & Day Spa

This is a truly a hidden gem of a spa and salon in Laguna Niguel.

I was in recently, and they have a brand new lobby area. This place is super clean and the staff is friendly. The front desk people greet you nicely and they help answer any questions you have. I also like the patio area, which is a nice place to rest in between treatments or if I get there early.

You have no idea from the outside how nice this place is on the inside. Everything is so clean. A lot of salons you go into you find the stylists will clean when they have time (which is never). Not the case here. Fresh towels, clean floors, friendly service.

Brooke did an amazing job on my sons haircut. He had a very specific style in mind and she nailed it!

Im updating my review because Kirsten (my stylist) no longer works here. She now works at Salon Diva.

I've been getting my hair cut and dyed by Kirsten for years at this salon and I would never think of changing hair dressers. Let me describe her hair washing. Magic. I wish I could take her hands home with me so she could wash my hair every day . My cut is always perfect and grows out so nice. She is incredibly friendly and kind hearted and always is a great listening ear. You can tell she loves her clients.
Highly recommend.

Update: if I were to review the Salon itself I would say that the front desk girl don't seem to know what they were doing half the time. The atmosphere was tense like the stylists would get quiet sometimes when certain people walked by. Now I see that alo5 of the original stylist have left. So I'm not sure what happened.

I had my hair cut today by Timarie and I just want to say how amazing she is! Newer to the area but not at all new to cutting hair! She listened to what I wanted and truly took her time on my hair to do a beyond amazing job! I am so happy with the cut! It's exactly what I wanted and more! She cleaned it up and added style too it. She took what I wanted and cut it in a way that worked for my hair. Highly recommend her and will absolutely return!

Sorry for only 1 star. This is for turning away a new customer 20 minutes before closing for a simple men's haircut.

Your salon showed me your employees believe it is more important to close and leave early than it is to win a new customer.

Brooke Barbee ALWAYS knocks it out of the park with my hair! She is upbeat, friendly, and as sweet as pie! My hair is so shiny and glossy- I could not be happier. I always leave the salon feeling refreshed and confident. Brooke is passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work! She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.


Ps. Ask her for an extra head massage. It is INSTANT BLISS. Soooo worth a few extra dollars. It's probably the most relaxed I've been in years, haha.

Most recently she brightened me up with a blonde balayage and a cool toned gloss for some extra shine. So in love with it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and the angelic Lindy Hickman. Kind, smart and easy to talk to, she makes the time fly by while she works her magic. She took my hair from a super dry, uneven bleach job with several inches of dark roots to healthy-looking, soft khaleesi blonde. She gave me an incredible price and sent me off with an at-home hair treatment too. The whole experience was so enjoyable, way different than the is-my-hair-going-to-turn-out-bright-orange panicky hair appointment I'm used to, and I'm already looking forward to coming back! Thank you Lindy!!

Amanda you were able to change my life just in a few hours. When I walked in, I felt the weight of the world on my shoulders, literally!! That's why my sister and niece came with, to see the miracle of what a lil TLC can do for the soul!!
Walking out of the salon I heard the song "I'm coming out" in the back ground!! Not only did I look great, I also felt like a new woman and a huge plus was we were able to donate 12 inches Locks of Love:)

If I could leave negative stars I would.... absolutely a disgrace as a salon and a business. This salon not only gave away the (AMAZING) services of a dedicated stylist without charging correctly causing her to LOSE money, they tried to give her a bad reputation as a stylist, a business woman and a professional online and in person. Then to top it off they told multiple people she was FIRED when in reality she QUIT because of their shadiness.. I will NEVER come here and i will MAKE SURE no one i knows does either...
