Ginny's classes are a combination of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. Her classes are challenging and fun for practitioners of all levels.

Kathy Finn
Kathy began practicing yoga to bring peace and balance to her mind. She discovered that the practice had a profound effect not only on the mind but on the body as well. Lindsay Helwig
Lindsay HelwigLindsay Helwig is certified in Classical Hatha Yoga and has practiced yoga for 15 years. She was originally drawn to yoga in high school to combat stress and began a lifelong journey of self discovery. Stepping on the mat was and still is like coming home. She began teaching informal classes in her parent’s backyard and at the Wayland food pantry. In 2010 Lindsay became certified in the 200 hr yoga teacher training through Finding Inner Peace. Lindsay enjoys making yoga accessible to everyone and fosters a deep sense of community through her yoga classes. Yoga has profoundly touched her life and she hopes to share this gift with all who step foot in her classes. Lindsay is currently enrolled in the 500 hour advanced yoga teacher training and especially loves teaching Prenatal Yoga. In her prenatal classes, Lindsay draws upon all of her experience in yoga to help mothers prepare for labor through breath, visualization, relaxation and gentle postures. This has inspired her to pursue a path as a birth doula increasing her knowledge and facilitating this beautiful rite of passage for a woman. Over the years Lindsay has studied medicinal herbs, shamanic healing and ritual, meditation, mantra, energy healing, and holistic nutrition. Lindsay blends this knowledge into every one of her classes to facilitate deep relaxation and inner peace.

Shubhada Wavikar
I am a registered yoga instructor, teaching at a few places in the area. I received my 200 hour and 300 hour teacher training at The Yoga Studio in Millis, MA. I am trained as a Divine Sleep ® Yoga Nidra teacher. I am also a certified Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) Teacher (for kids' yoga), and teach at a daycare. I have several continuing education hours in senior yoga, and teach chair yoga at three senior living facilities.

Originally from India, I see yoga as a way of life. I have a deep appreciation for the mind, body and breath connection of yoga. I am a keen student of yoga philosophy and yoga anatomy.

Yoga, to me, is an incredible - often transformative - blessing that should be accessible to everyone - to all bodies and all abilities. I embarked on the teaching journey a few years ago to deepen my own practice, and to be able to humbly share this legacy with others. Each student is a great teacher, and I look forward to a continued exchange of learning.

Jessica Weintraub
Jessica was initially drawn to yoga 10 years ago for the physical benefits, but eventually became intrigued by the mental clarity and stress management techniques she was learning through pranayama and meditation.

As her practice and self-exploration progressed, she found herself wanting to deepen her knowledge to share with others. Jessica completed her 200 hour teacher training with Cathy Mann in 2014 and hopes to enroll in this year in the 300 hour program.

In her gentle classes, Jessica focuses on meditation, breath awareness, and proper alignment. She strives to provide a nurturing environment where all her students feel comfortable to explore their mind, body, and spirit. She believes it is important to incorporate balance and awareness into daily life, not just on your mat. Jessica lives in Medway with her husband and 2 boys, Jack and Owen.
